The world's favourite blue hedgehog makes his triumphant return this week, as Sonic Generations marks 20 years since the spiky one first rolled onto the scene, while GoldenEye 007: Reloaded brings GoldenEye to HD consoles almost 15 years since it originally appeared on the N64.

There's also a ton of family fare arriving this week, ensuring that everyone knows the holiday season is now less than two months away. So, you've got more of your Hasbro Family Game Night, some Rabbids, some MotionSports and a shedload of other family friendly stuff, most of which is for Kinect.

Lord of the Rings: War in the North also debuts in North America this week, alongside a trio of animal shooting Cabela games. Because one game hunting title is never enough, right? Check out what's on offer this week in the stores:

Renting Sonic and Golden Eye, nothing next week (waiting until things slow down for skyrim), then week after Renting Assissins creed and halo, then week after LOTR and WWE 12 will be mine

nothing worth a darn for xbox only owners this week. Oh wait were's Uncharted 3 doesn't that come out this week? oh ya thats right its a Ps3 exclusive game that i'll be enjoying till 11-11-11 when skyrim hits. Damn to many good games and not enough time to enjoy them all.

This week for me is, already preordered from shopto!!

Uncharted 3 (PS3) (Cannot wait)
Sonic Generations (Sonic finally returns and better game since Sonic Colors)
GoldenEye 007: Reloaded (Wii version is good last year as well on N64 is one of best shooter of all-time. Hopeful Xbox and PS3 versions can match also Eurocom done Wii last year and it is good so guess will be same because Eurocom maker Reloaded too)
Generator Rex: Agent of Providence (Kid game and possible crap but just for achievements!!) hehe

Look forward Uncharted 3, Zelda: Skyward Sword, T.E.o.S V: Skyrim, MW 3(just single player and coop), Sonic Generations, Lord of the Rings, Assassins Creed Revelations, WWE 12, GoldenEye and Saints Row the Third. Those games is my most wanted in November 2011 then any other games in that month :)

in other news, dodonpachi so excited for the release. the black label dlc will be 800 and version 1.51 will be 80 theyve also just released news rsg are publishing akai katana shin too c: (for all the shmup fans here but you prolly already knew that )

Wow you can tell it's nearly Christmas, what a load of crap. Mind you Goldeneye will probably sell loads because most people can't seem to get their heads around it not being a remake of the N64 game...roll on next week.

If I could, I would probably buy Sonic Generations and Goldeneye 007: Reloaded, I'm sure they'll be great games. and I would probably rent Nascar Unleashed. I'm surprised at the number of Cabela's games that are out this week.
I'm still looking forward to the next two weeks for Skyrim and Saints Row The Third, can't wait!

So many games and they are all overshadowed by one title, UNcharted3! Reviews so far are hinting at game of the year, but of course there is still some big titles coming out soon. Either way I can not wait to get my hands on a copy after work!
