I'm rather excited by those. Some say you've to get lucky but in my opinion most of 'm a rather skill based, at least if you want to get 'm legit and quick.
Though bounty hunter and from hell's hart are going to be real bitches.
I also like the cheevo pictures, especially 3 headshots in a row. |

| halo anniversary will be 2 discs like halo odst, campaign & multiplayer. The multiplayer disc will be recognized as halo reach and use its achievements. |

So if I understand well, when I buy Anniversary, I will be able to get 1000G in that and I'll also get a code for *free* map pack for Reach along with another 250G (making the total 1650G), but these need to be obtained by booting up my Reach disc. Is that right?
Of the above achievements, Dive Bomber looks the most difficult IMO. The rest should be rather simple (so long as you can do the headshot one in team SWAT) |

| @13 I believe that the multiplayer will be on a separate disk, so that those who don't own Reach can play them, but you can install them to your hard drive and play them along with the rest of the Reach maps, as well. also, yes, that is how the achievement points will break down. |

by the sounds of it these cheevos will be for the reach/CE map pack, which will be charged and downloaded for reach but free with CE. however you can get the cheevies on either game but will count towards your reach score?
so basically its along the lines of who the fudge knows really! |

Ok... So Reach and H:Anniversary will have shared map if I get it right, allowing "cross-game" MP.
Available on disk with Anniversary and as a paid DLC with achievements in Reach.

| I'm wondering if these achievements are going to be glitched like the last map pack because you could obtain them in custom games. If not, I'm up for the challenge. License to Kill and Bounty Hunter seem like ones that may give me some trouble but we'll see. |

Halo Anniversary comes with one disc and the map pack will either be on the disc & you install the maps to your hard drive or it will either be a redeem code.
You can play the new maps with the Halo Anniversary disc & i remember 343 said if you have Halo Reach installed to your hard drive you can play all the maps on the Anniversary disc.
Halo Anniversary will have 1000G
Halo Reach will have 1650G
Hope that clears up the confusion. :) |

@35 getting 10 skulls at once doesn't always give a skullmajaro, depends on the game type as some have it disabled so you can't win the game instantly

| Alright, seriously, what's with the difficult achievements that I -know- I'm going to have to boost for? I already can't find a boosting party or a MATCH to get the "Ate All The Chips" achievement. Now I get to add crap like "Bounty Hunter" to the mix? We also have "Diver Bomber" too? Seriously Bungie or 343 Studios... I'm sick of your HIGHLY situational achievements. | I doubt the H:CE Anniversary will come with a code. Im goin with what I know, and thats when ODST was released, it came with a STRICTLY multiplayer Halo 3 disc with all the dlc on it. I bet thats how thisll be. And I hate how stupid people are.. This 250 is added onto Reach, not CE. -.- |

Wait.. these are halo anniversary achievements..
but with the DLC Reach players can play against annversary players on the classic maps..
but you cant have the same set of achievements between 2 games on the same maps, can you? that would mean if you own reach you get to earn these as dlc.. and if you own anniversary you must earn these playing online.. and if you own both games you have to do it twice?

As far as I understood this:
You play the new maps from the CE disc but if you happen to unlock an achievement it counts towards Reach. If you own reach you can install it to get the basic maps for CE.
If you only own CE you can only get 250/1650 or at least every non map specific MP ach in Reach.
If you only have Reach you can dl the new maps like a regular mappack from xbl.

That doesn't mean he is lying at all. For one he could have multiple accounts, secondly in some gametypes you can't get the skullamanjaro medal. It just adds the skulls you are holding and continues the game.This is how it is in the multi-team playlist.
OT: These achievements are welcome as I am getting anniversary regardless (Aniversary achievement list http://halo.xbox.com/en-us/news/headline/halo-combat-evolved-anniversary-achievements/285109)

I have been there....10 years ago with the first Halo game, played it to death, it was the best fps of that time, and for a whole long time to come. I am so looking forward to this version. Halo is the best FPS franchise there is. The series must never stop. I cant get enough of the halo universe.
You dont even have to be good at Halo MP. Its made to have fun. So much is possible in those Mp matches, I love it, even if i sometimes cant get a kill, and get killed 10 times in a row, you just have to realize your only playing one of the best fps and then its allright again. Just hop in a warthog, and have fun. Its one of the few games that you can keep playing over and over without ever getting bored. If everybody would play this game without having the need to win, matches would be better as people wouldnt leave the game when they are on the losing team. I used to quit too though, but its never to late to learn how to enjoy a game again. |

I wonder on "From Hells Heart" that if you get stuck and hug the player that
stuck you, does that count as killing them with their own grenade? I would

I think its all pretty obvious. The map pack that comes with CE will be stand alone(or else it'd be useless) but on the Reach servers. Whenever you get a expansion disc for any game (ie. GTA4, Borderlands, Red Dead, ODST) you have access to only those cheevs included. Those that dont get CE but buy it in marketplace will find a playlist for it or at least it'll be incorporated into the dlc playlist. They will have to insert Reach to play. We've already done before with ODSTt/Halo3. Those with the disc from ODST are mixed right in with everyone else and earning Halo3 cheevs.
I'm sure these will be just as cheatable as Defiant.
The real question is when will the last 100g for Reach come out? Halo2? |

What is it that confuses people about these achievements and how the DLC works?
1. When anniversary is released, as well as the maps being on the game disc, u also get a DLC code to use in the marketplace to download the maps for use in reach. This allows people who have either 1 or both games to play with each other. Also the maps will be available immediately on release day of anniversary. This was confirmed on Halo Waypoint.
2.These achievements are FOR REACH ONLY. u dont unlock them on both games. If u unlock an achievements using the anniversary disc, it unlocks it as if it was done on halo reach. It DOESN'T unlock twice (on each game).
I hope this has cleared this matter up, and come release day everybody will be going for these achievements not matter what game they have. |

| I only need one chievo for reach but paper beats rock is hard to get since finding a defiant map with Armor lock in matchmaking is one in a million. |

Top Shot - Get 3 headshot kills in a row in a matchmade game - 50 points
Emergency Room - Infect 3 players in a single round in a matchmade Infection game - 15 points
Stick it to the Man! - Stick and kill the flag carrier with a Plasma Grenade in a matchmade game - 20 points
Dive Bomber - Perform a Beat Down on an enemy player while using the Jetpack during a matchmade game - 50 points
License to Kill - Run over 5 people with a Ghost in a matchmade game - 15 points
Bounty Hunter - Capture 10 skulls at once in a matchmade Headhunter game - 75 points
From Hell's Heart - Kill an enemy player that sticks you with a Plasma Grenade with their own grenade in a matchmade game - 25 points
