The hunt for skulls and looking in places you would not normally go was amazing, with the vastness of level in Halo CE, I will be very disappointed if they are unlocked from the start. |

| I will get this game, I like first Halo game and it is best Halo series. I don't care about people complait about graphics not improvement for this one, I am all care is get more achievements, get Master Chief avatar and single player campaign. I had played every Halo games so Halo: CE is best of all Halo series :) |

| yeah i agree with most of you.its gonna be sweet.also if your a halo multplayer fan then you cant beat it as all seven of the maps will be playable using the halo reach engine in the reach playlist.all you have to do is install it to ur hdd and chuck in halo reach.id pay $40 just for the campaign redone as they have done.if you dont like halo suck my nuts |

| also its not just upgrade to hd.the graphics have been redrawn using a modified vesrion of the reach engine.if you watch the trailers and are not blind or just dumb and closeminded youll see the completly redrawn visuals.its gonna be badass. |

lol @ complaining that this game doesn't have any gameplay improvements. That is the whole bloody point of releasing an anniversary edition. If this game just played like Reach except it was the Halo:CE campaign, that would be pointless.
Skull looks like it could actually be a pretty entertaining / hectic co-op campaign piece. |

@11 So what your saying is, the gameplay isn't changing, xo it will be the same way as when Bungie made it. But Bungie not making it means that it will kill the game, even though they are keeping it the exact way Bungie made it, only updating the visuals. Derp derp derp?
OT, this is looking fine. At least everything looks the same apart from graphics. At least they are keeping it the same and not adding a bunch of crap to make it a Call of Duty clone(like Activisions so-called Goldeneye remake...) |

| In my opinion this was a great game, Halo 2 was mediocre, and Halo 3 I stayed away from. But after months of begging, my friend got me to play ODST and I liked it, not as good as CE though. But Reach was really good. |

Any news on the funeral skull being a transferable armour effect for your multiplayer character ? Like the 'birthday' and 'hearts effects' became in reach.
Only really two games I'm wanting day one, that I'll pre-order this and Skyrim. Oddly I'm waiting out to see if there's something interesting in the collectors and legendary editions. |

A lot of the developers from Bungie left to go to 343 Studios, they didn't want to work with Activision. Halo will still be in the right hands. |

| So this is an up-rezing of the original Halo? When I heard Halo was being re-released I assumed they were rebuilding the environments using the same engine as Reach... Shame. Still pick it up - but considering how much they are clearly going to make on this (as if people wont buy it), surely some extra effort could have been thrown in? |
