| It scarily looks really good. Wonder how linear it's going to be level/map-wise. It does have a promising trailer but I've been burnde before. Surely keeping a steady eye on it though. |

| Have there really been any good movie games? King Kong was alright back in the day, Ghostbusters (which wasnt really a "movie" game), was pretty good. Is there anything else? It's a shame because a lot of movies have the story and potential to be a great video game but they always end up being utter crap. |

#5 Xmen origins Wolverine (was 10x better then the movie), Spiderman 2 & 3, Superman Returns... If its DC/Marvel, there is hope...but that trailer shows a very boring looking game. |

| the green lantern is one of the only two good DC heros (batman being the other, superman isnt a character he is an immortal cheap god so not a superhero - though many DC villians are epic) so ill probably rent this no matter what. |

| @5 and 6. I'll have to give those two a try then. I've become so disenchanted with movie games that I don't give many a try anymore. Now that I think about it, I think I read Webb's review of the Wolverine game and meant to at least GameFly it. |

| I'm a huge green lantern fan so my opinion is probably biased, but i think this game looks amazing, and even if it isn't, it still accomplishes its goal of suckering in the fans! XD |

@ #16 Yeah, the movie of Batman: Arkham Asylum was great so I'm hoping the game . . . Oh wait. Anyway, the trailer looks good but that can be accomplished by a good editor. I'm not a huge Green Lantern fan, but it would be nice to see this game turn out well. If nothing else I hope it has a good achievement list. |

@16, must...hold...nerd...rage...back...gahhh Batman: Arkham Asylum is not based on any particular movie... I will digress from there. Wolverine and Spider-man 2 were good games, but I must say I enjoy ones based off of the comics more, anyone remember Spider-man on the PS1? I feel that is the way that these 'movie' games should go, where it does not retell the story, but gives you some more back story of the movie or something along that lines. These movie makers need to keep out of the game making process, give some very base materials, and keep the game development separate from the movie making. There is a reason why the Video Game Industry has grown past that of Hollywood, and Interactiveness is one of those key differences, along with the style of story telling. |

The only thing remotely cool or interesting about this is that you can use his lantern or ring or whatever to conjure crazy shit. But that alone doesn't warrant a purchase. Maybe I'll just buy it for the amazing graphics, brilliant audio and deep story, incredible level design and varied enemy types. Oh wait... |
