They have announced a new spyro game but i am unsure who is making it. Tbh i thought it sucked in the gameplay i saw. You buy these little figures then put them on a stand, that you probably also have to buy. Then your character in the game changes depending on what figure you put on the stand. It did not look that impressive... Reminded me of how the crash series has gone really... |

@ 29. The onl Actvision game that will have a subscription is the new Bungie MMO while every Online game on the 360 is technically subscription based because you have to pay for XBL Gold. Either way saying that CoD is grabage is your own Opinion while your Opinion isn't a Fact.
@ 32. How do you know unless if you can into one of the possible Futures based on the Hunman Race.
@ 33. If you want more money then anyone will do that like how MS promoted/marketed the Kinectanimals.
@ 35. Rock Band is a copy of Guitar Hero while boh of them copied off of other games like Beatmania. If Guitar Hero was similar to the Ubisoft guitar game then Guitar Hero would be King especially when most of the guitarists that I have talked to perfer Guitar Hero over Rock Band. |

There will be a game that will knock off both games from the peg is Rocksmith especially when the sales of music games haven't been that good. Either way Sypro is still selling well even if you don't like that series while your Opinion isn't a Fact.
@ 43. Most of title including the AAA are milked in the Gaming Industry because those are the popular and best selling titles. A lot of people still buy Activision games excluding CoD while you would rather be Blind to that. True Crime has the same potential as any other series, but its the Consumer that decides what games are Good or Bad. People can respect your Opinions while don't turn your Opinions into Facts. |

| I got turned off of CoD after Modern Warfare 1, It seemed you'd just buy a game and the next one would be out. I only ever bought GH3, the speed those ones were announced and released left a bitter taste in the mouth especially after DLC wasn't as good as RB. If something sells well, you can pretty much expect more in the series no matter what industry (games, movies, toys etc) and the die hard fans will continue to buy them even if your sick of them or not. |

@46 i'm not being blind to anything, i'm giving my opinions on two of the three 'monsters' that activision is saying they're going to mainly focus on. So, why not get off the high horse and actually discuss this instead of insulting anyone you don't agree with.
OT: If they're going to focus primarily on three series, there are two things that could happen. One, because they focus on them, the games are able to maintain what keeps them popular, but they are also able to add new things that keeps them from becoming stale like GH has. However, activision could also paint themselves into a corner so to speak if they let new titles pass them by, like they did with Brutal Legend. |

seems to me if they HAD "post-poned" (or put a hold on) Guitar Hero Games Activision would have said so earlier - for example its been 2/3 months since they first said "no more GH Games", its been covered in the news & magazines etc (Official Xbox 360 UK Mag had a HUGE article about it) and Activision hasn't said a thing until now.
If something like this was unture (or mis-represented) then they would usually correct it straight away.
So it leads me to think that Activision did decide on scrapping it (due to not enough profit) but due to demand (from fans) they have decided to bring it back, and make an excuse about the whole thing.
But thats just the way i see it. |

GH games always loooked and played nicer than RB games. but rock band has the DLC and better on disc music. they now also have pro mode.
the only thing i just wish they would do. is let us play whatever instruments we like with friends. theres four of us WE ALL WANNA PLAY GUITAR!!! no-one ever wants to sing. drums are not suibtable late at night in my house. and GUITAR > BASS.

| I'm not sure whether or not to be happy that they're on stopping production or sad, in someways i like the gh series better than rb, but others not so much. I just think they need to take their time and stop mass producing their stuff so we as gamers can actually keep up and take time to enjoy their games rather than rush through them to get to the next one. |

| No they should not die, Everyones only getting freaked out because they make 3 or 4 of them a year, If they were to slow down, Which I assume they are then they can actually get themselves back on their feet. |

Dont you see the big picture here Rockband released new guitar and keyboard as close to a real one as you can get and there are real guitars out there with sensors under the strings check utube..
Guitar hero have said all this as they want to rethink there entire game and instroments before they bring another game out plus all this talking is just making people talk about the game to its all sales for the next release watch and see there instroments in 2012...
At the moment rockband have a big advantage over guitar hero even tho guitar hero is the better game to play... |

Here's a fun drinking game. Take a shot every time BlueProtoss uses the phrases "you're blind" or "opinion isn't fact."
Bonus drinks for every time he ignores grammar, punctuation, capitalization, repeats himself, or discredits his own statements by generally being an unlikeable douche. |

| Guitar hero and rock band need to go away. It would be nice to actually see the add ons for the week without going all the way to the right and still not seeing them all. |
