SEGA's latest entry into the tennis genre with Virtua Tennis 4 will see the return of the World Tour mode, enabling you to create a character and send him or her on a journey towards tennis greatness, purchasing hideous dayglo tie-dye shorts and other items, like new rackets and such, along the way.

With its 'Match Momentum' gauge that enables you to pump up your player's confidence and Kinect support, Virtua Tennis 4 might offer something a little different in a tennis title when it launches this spring, and you can check out some of the features that will be in the four season World Tour mode in the new trailer.

Virtua Tennis 4 is out on April 29th, 2011 in Europe and May 10th, 2011 in North America.

No Kinect support? I don't own Kinect, but this seems like a perfect game for it.

Think you'll find it says it IS Kinect supported.
Being a fan of Virtua Tennsi games, I have to say this looks disappointingly similar. Obviously, it's all Tennis, but even the custom clothes are the same as previous entries!

@3, It's Kinect supported.

Used to love the Virtua Tennis Series but I've switched over to the Top Spin franchise.

@3, If u watched the video u would know that it is Kinect compatible.

@others, I agree it looks too much like its prequels to warrant a full-price purchase.
