| who cares if it was on the pc. The game looks beautiful not just because there is so many textures etc etc. but also because of the movements of the players and the sounds and recoils. This game is going to kick some serious ass. |

| I thought that video was awesome, a lot better than if they had of just shown combat. The different lighting effects when the team is running through the area, it looks amazing. No brainer on this, day one buy. |

@16 It's not a follow on from the Bad Company games, It's a follow on from BF2 on the PC.
This game is going to rock just like BF2 did. I'd love to see this running in a MP map. One problem the 360 will have is soft shadows, but still my most anticipated game of the year |

| I am overwhelmingly impressed that such pre-alpha footage from the PC version of the game can so beautiful. I will admit that I have been a fan of Battlefield and DICE for several years now, and have owned and played their games on the PC, XBOX 360, and PS3 but usually only picked one or the other for a purchase. I think it is safe to say that is game will one of the first games in a long time where I will buy it for all three systems. ^_^ |

| # 16. Pretty much every FPS has the US in it, but yes the USMC is back as well as the MEC. I would assume the EU forces are back as well considering Europe is a battlefield. No clue on if the PRC, Spetsnaz, or SAS are back. |

The running animation looks disgusting though at 1:00 compare your fire team in front of you and the way their guns move compared to the lack of movement from your guy. I don't remember it looking that bad on Bad Company 2..
The graphics look brilliant though... for PC. Nothing to get excited about until we see some console gameplay and multiplayer gameplay. I almost forgot about the Battlefield 3 BETA key I got with MoH. Awesome! |

| Why is it that when any information on this game comes out, so many people feel the need to say something like, Man this is gonna smash COD? Who cares if there are still people playing COD? Do you all really want all those little kids who play COD to switch over to Battlefield or something? If you really want a better experience with this game, then I would suggest trying not to convert every camper and little kid over to Battlefield, otherwise it will end up just as bad or worse than COD. |

@30 I think you meant isn't "as boring and bland as BC2 story" not "BF2". BF2 was PC only and didn't have a single player.
@51 I don't think #16 was asking if we play as US troops, he was asking if the characters are the same as the last two BF games. It's not the same characters, this isn't a sequel in the Bad Company series.
Love the Battlefield series, I'll get this at a mid-night launch when it releases. |

FIrst of all battlefield 2 was exclusive to the pc until it was ported over to the consoles...it was decent but there was mad amounts of content missing.

| PC or not these are good graphics, and I strongly doubt the console graphics will be but a fraction of this. People said the same about the skyrim photos and footage and guess what that was all 360. This game will be great on and off consoles. |

Pre-alpha is before any beta test and when the game isn't quite to that stage meaning it just got playable at all.

Are you drunk, the CoD graphics have looked almost the exact same for a decade while this looks almost like real life. No way in hell is this finally as good as CoD graphics, these are great while CoD graphics lok like runny shit in a bag.
Anyway this is a definite Day 1 pick up for me. |
