| Plants vs Zombies is worth every penny. I just finished it and it was some of the most fun I've had gaming in a while! Zombie Apocalypse is mediocre at best. The "free" zombie arcade game in Black Ops is better. |

| i took a gander at Crackdown 2 last night.. 49.99 on GOD (Canada).. i couldnt get over it.. you can buy the game NEW for 19.99 just about anywhere and i have seen it used for as low as 9.99 .. that games on demand is a total rip joint.. |

@15 The point of Games on Demand is to make you over pay for games you can get much cheaper on disc and also to waste your hard drive space. :)
Iterested to see what Activision/EA puts on sale... I own the other stuff from the last time they were on sale (PvZ I own on disc which is a much sweeter deal) |

| Go buy the Pop Cap disk of Plants Vs Zombies, not only do you get the epic game "Plants Vs Zombies" but you also get Peggle and Zuma which are pretty fun arcade games that cost abut 800 points a piece on a single disk! lol, my dad got it for Chrimbus and won't let me play... xD |

@17. why shouldnt silver members get discounts on arcade games?
im a silver member and near enough have been the whole time ive had my xbox, apart from about 3 months. im not a big online gamer, cod, halo, gears, fifa, they dont interest me in the slightest and especially not online. i generally find online gaming abit repetitive and boring and not as good as a good campaign. but ive been a loyal 360 customer for 20months and have played around 150 games so i have spent enough money on microsofts products.... so why shouldnt i be entitled to the sales? its pointless paying £30 a year for gold if i spend 99% of my playing offline. |

@ 56, I think it's a case of some people believe that MS should reward Gold paying members more than silver. I see that as DotW. I have no problem with big sales and Festive events being open for all.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing whats in thje Acti/EA sales, though I warn anyone that looks at Red Alert 3: Commanders Challenge that there is one mission in it that is nigh on impossible. |

@ 48. Yes, I have and will continue to buy Games on demand. I prefer a digital copy on my HDD rather than a physical one.
Often Enough, I pick-up games I want without going to the store. Which, In my case is hard. I cannot drive and my closest stores are a long walk from my house. You can do the same thing with Amazon, except I don't have to wait for the game to even ship.
I'm actually pretty excited about GoD and its future. Imagine Pre-Ordering a GoD and getting the game and pre-order incentives instantly. No more long lines or Hassle. |

GoD could be great if they sorted out their prices.
Red Dead for £39.99 for that price you can buy both Red Dead and Undead Nightmares new from a shop or online.
Batman for £29.99, can get it £9.99 new.
be good if they could put older games up for like £10 because even though the odd one you could get for cheaper online or pre owned but just for convenience you might download it.
when a game you can get for £5 comes out on GoD for £19.99 theres no chance you are going to buy it (if you have sense)
be good if they would release games even if it was a week or 2 after launch for £39.99, people might buy them.
if they released on release day then shops would lose business.
or if they gave us a reason to pay the extra. like red dead + undead for £39.99... bargain. especially if dont need to leave house. but £39.99 for red dead and about 2400points or more for all content. bit a rip off tbf. |

| @59 - I completely agree. I understand that developers need (and want) money, but they don't seem to have any idea what the "street value" of their products are. If they would offer games that have been released over 6 months for prices comparable to used prices, a lot more people would be downloading them. Similarly, I'm surprised more XBLA titles don't get permanently discounted awhile after their release. I know they aren't that expensive to start with, but no other games on the market stay the same price for years on end. |
