  • Can't wait !
  • Ooo nice and easy. tho i still need to play the other DLC =P
  • Looks like alot of story-based stuff and a little more exploration. Can't wait!
  • Kind of disappointed with these honestly. They're just a rehash of the other achievements. They're is so much creativity in the last DLC, as well as the shipped game, they should be able to come up with fresh achievements for each.
  • To little too late. god rid of this game a long time ago.
  • this is like the best game
  • ive just bought this game again and am going to keep it this time. still have to play through the 1st dlc but was waiting for them both to be released before i picked it up again... long live Alan Wake!!!!! true awesomeness
  • It looks good. Hopefully it does well and we get an AW2.
  • Looks fun to run through a few times. Wonder what the secret area is all about? Can't wait to have a reason to pop this one back in again one last time.
  • Fun game, Glad to see a new chapter =)
  • awesome! the heartbreaker achievement looks VERY interesting and i cant wait to hear it.
  • @11 I think the Heart Breaker achievement has something to do with Alice. So is Kill your Darlings achievement. But overall, nice list of achievement and I see the painful 'No reloading or restarting checkpoint' achievement is back. This will be interesting
  • Can't wait for this, bro! I thought the first DLC episode was the best part of the game, they managed to keep the combat fresh and add all kinds of neat little twists, like the field full of "bad" words that you didn't want to light up or that big electric pole area that kept randomly flashing street lights to keep the absurd amount of bad guys off of your back. I also liked the new almost invisible dudes, they caught me off guard a few times. I'm guessing the heartbreaker one involves Alan's wife and that questionably real breakup talk that you overhear through the game.
  • A bit of the same achievements, nothing original except for the tile pictures. Really hate the make it through the whole episode without reloading achievements. Still have to get that one in the first DLC.
  • Um, am I the only one that see's the CD in the "Heartbreaker" tile? I'm guessing it has something to do with a song by Poison...
  • I think the Heartbreaker achievement is to do with audio tapes, possibly made by Dr Hartman.
  • Nice hopefully all my questions are answered. Going to have 1500 for Alan Wake in no time
  • I'm excited. Though a total of 67 (I think) achievements is bizarre. #15 - I think it's just a reference. The song won't actually be in the game, I think.
  • that no puncuation achievement can suck it. another cheap way to make a replay happen. the last dlc only took 20 minutes to complete so they put that no dying crap in there. very annoying. if it was play it twice with 2 different difficulties i could dig that. but for some reason they feel the need to drive us crazy with the way the dlc throws out all the rules of the main game. good thing the story is good. or at least it appears to be.
  • @19 agreed. that achievement does add some tension but for the wrong reason. it should be the game that adds tension and fear, not an achievement.
  • Looking forward to getting the 1500 in this one, great game :)
  • @15 Maybe it's the song "Poison" by Alice Cooper? ;-)
  • @15 A CD? I see a tape...
  • Does any one know if this is the last dlc for this game?
  • @15 & @23 It's a reel.. As for 19 & 20, I really enjoyed the last DLC's no dying achievement. The fear of trying not to get killed and the tension of things getting the jump on you should be something every player experiences when playing the game. Why not make it an award for accomplishing?
  • The no dying achivement makes the dlc have more replay value. It wasn't easy to me. but it wasn't exactly hard either. it took maybe 6 play through to get all the achivements but it just adds to the replay value. lookin forward to this!
  • Can't wait. Completing this, nightmare mode, and nightmare manuscript pages will give me 100%
  • I have to deal with yet another tornado?
  • Meh, "No Punctuation 50" - not very imaginative considering the last DLC. Am a sucker, so will download however...meh. Can I say 'meh' again? --Bovine :-P
