| Surely bungie will do some Cr events to help this along cuz as soon as you have done the daily and weekly challenges its back to grinding i think there should be more than 1 set a day so when u do them all a new challenge list comes up maybe a harder 1 for more reward would keep people on longer i know i would. Come on bungie take a lesson from ur mates at epic and do some themed events, 7/7/11 will defo be 1 surely....... |

| I find it insane that going from Reclaimer to Inheritor is only 200,000 less then going from Recruit to Hero. Right now I'm only a Warrant Officer. I might go for Lt. Colonel only if I manage to get all the other achievements. Beyond that it's really not worth it unless they do some awesome cR bonus weekends. |

Sweetness. We will eventually get this in our household. My son and I look forward to teh daily challenges every day. I am not stressing about ranks though. Have not yet boosted and we are already captain.
This will be similar to Brigandier in H3. You had to play thousands of games to get there and you actually had to win games.
Reach you just have to earn money.

| @68: I doubt they will. Looking at Halo 3 or Halo: Reach they don't have one attached to the higher ranks. I seriously doubt there will be an achievement for Inheritor because not everyone will get that. I'm sure if any more achievements attach to rank it will be ones that are attainable by the community as a whole. |

Besides there are far too many other decent games out there to play now days. It's not like when Halo 3 came out. That was about the only game I played for about 3-4 months plus. |

| haha absurd, even more absurd that they probably expect people to get this legit. I'll probably go for captain since I'm only 8000 away but after that I'm not really sure I'll play it enough to get up to the highest because there are too many other good games coming out and I'm only a part time multi-player gamer. Wish Bungie put as much time into the campaign as they did in hunting down petty cheaters (as opposed to real cheaters who hack etc) |

I mean come on, 20 million points, considering you get around a thousand-ish per match and commendations die out pretty soon and as you get farther and farther in ranks, you get less and less points. | Guys and girls, it's been out less than a fucking month. Obviously occasional players will never get to it (me) so why freak out? 50,000 creds a day for just over a year will nail it for ya. I'll write it out for the slowskies. 50k x 100 days = 5 million x 4 = 20 million. 100 days x 4 = 400 days of 50+ amazing matches. Good luck...you're gonna need it! |

To all those people who are saying they're not going to get to inheritor, well no shit sherlock, unless you have either no life or you are the biggest Halo: Reach Fanboy(Not that there is much difference), no one will get there. With all the new games coming out, I'm pretty sure, unless you want to butt-fuck Bungie all night long, your not gonna play the game enough to get there.
Like @126 said, pretty much unless you get >50,000 cR a day, and play for 400 days straight, your not gonna be close.

| Soon I will get to rank of Captain and I will say fuck you Reach^^ This game is retarded with everyone meleeing all the time. Sure I probably suck because I like to actually shoot ppl rather than sit in the corner and assassinate them, grab a sword and camo and run around, or sprint towards enemy and melee them twice, but I grew up on PC where melee in multiplayer (UT, Quake, etc) was nonexistent.. Ahhh good time. Plus From what I've seen captain sign looks the best so far^^ |

| yeah i think that at some point bungie will have double cr weekends for halo reach and since iv hit level cap it feels like i earn more credits i went from getting 80cr per forge game to 100cr and atleast in coustom games i know i earn more then my friends that are lower rank so maybe you get a boost depending on what rank you are |
