Jamie King may not be a name that you instantly recognise in the games industry, but it's a name you really ought to know... considering he founded the powerhouse that is Rockstar Games back in 1998 with four like minded visionaries.

Originally one of the five Rockstar co-founders, we caught up with Jamie in London recently to talk about his time with Rockstar, his new company 4mm Games and their debut title: Def Jam Rapstar.

Part one of this two part interview focuses on Jamie's esteemed career, his time with the formidable force that is Rockstar Games, how he left the company, and more importantly, how 4mm Games came around and what their goals are, plus much more.

Look out for part two on Friday where we talk about Def Jam Rapstar, triple-A titles, censorship, track selection and where the hell Warren G is... in the game I mean, not in real life... I know where he is, I've been stalking him for weeks.

	they realy are trying to push this game, i think they realise its going to flop. Just put all your time and effort into GTA5 to make it a worthy sequel unlike 4.

	Like I care about his fucking biography. Why don't you interview me instead?? PPl know about as much about this dude as they do about me^^ OT I'd rather liten to that second part about ACTUAL games, even though I'm not big fan of rap.

	Webb, I thought the interview was great. And as for people trolling these news posts, is that anything new? You guys put a lot of effort into bringing us great news articles, not to mention how fast you get them up. And people's response, most often, is to say why the subject of said article is trash. Most often, of course, they say this without having played the game in question. I'll never understand how constant pessimism and saying how everything sucks can boost people's ego so much. -_-;;
