| I don't know why people are complaining about this next piece of DLC because of the previous DLC achievements? At least they're a challenge to get. I'll buy this DLC because i enjoyed the main game and not because of the achievements..... Achievements don't make a game.... a game has to be fun and enjoyable. |

| Its a rip-off releasing DLC so soon. It should have been in the main game. All games companies are at it nowadays. You end up paying 80 quid or so for the full game. |

People complained because "Drive 1000 miles" wasn't a challenge or indeed, fun to get. It was a pointless grind to try and add some longevitity.
I agree with you about achievements not being the be all and end all, but then we are on a site which is gearded towards achievemnets, so naturally people will gripe about them in the comments section. |

Mafia 2 had a nice story and.... well, that´s about it.

@13 I used to be a fucking dumbass grinder (like you) and spend more time at the console to 1k all of my games, rather than go outside and just chill but stopped a while go, that's why, if you look me up, you will only see achievements that you mostly get just for while trying to beat the game.
@14 Not even sure what that means if you can see my gamertag and I don't hide my game lists like other pussies. Now who's strange.... Never really understood the idea behind it....

I would have loved some story driven DLC from Joe's side, but I can't stand the thought of arcade style gameplay. Main reason I didn't get the Jimmy's DLC. Achievements don't matter as long as the gameplay is good. But if the achievements are horrible, or not fun then that can be a deciding factor. Everyone has different views on achievements. For me they are fun little incentives in games that can add to the games enjoyment. There are also achievements that just plain take away from the fun a game can offer. For me those are ones that require grinding.
Anyway, I won't be getting this due to the Arcade style gameplay. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed Mafia 2. |

| Absolutly LOVED Mafia II one of the best 360 games to date however Jimmys Vendetta left a lot to be desired the "arcade style" was horible and there was no story whatsoever which is what made the game so great i really hope this DLC is more like the launch title and not like jimmys vendetta. |

Wow, this comment section got derailed quickly. I've never understood why people feel the need to justify their gaming habits on an anonymous website. So you have a life and don't play a lot? @11 dude get over it, there are plenty of reasons it wasn't in the full game. People would have complained JUST as loudly had they delayed, which would have happened if they wanted to include the DLC. They have to draw a line somewhere.
DLC should be good though, although i always though Joe was a bit of a douche |

OT: Hey, I have a 100k gamerscore and I work 2 jobs and have a girlfriend. If you wanna attack people with those kinds of gamerscore, start at the top.
I been playing Mafia 2 for almost a week now (see above as to why I have yet to beat it), but I plan on picking up the DLC's only because the game is a graphical masterpiece and loved every part of it. As for the driving, what ever happened to the nice Sunday cruise listening to tunes in the 50's? |

| Anyone know when the xbox/DLC quarter rolls over? Because they already used up their 250 GS for this quarter, so if this DLC comes out soon it will have no achievos. Although the Mafia website doesn't even have a release about the first DLC, so go figure when this one will actually come out. |
