| I guess this is sort of the long delayed response to the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP. I think it looks great, its a marvelous idea. Catering to cell phones nullifies the limitation that would have been a handheld console. Unfortunately, I don't care much for touch screen cell phones, and, in fact, have a cell phone simply as a modern necessity rather than a social tool (I have a Samsung SCH-u430, def not the best, but it gets the job done). I guess, then, that I will be missing out on this. But again, it is a good idea and I hope that the people who get to experience it will enjoy it. :) |

| I don't travel about enough to warrant getting a new phone, hell my current one hasn't been topped up in over a year... It's just a glorified alarm clock. I think I can live without mobile 'cheevos' for the time being. Give me a phone with free facebook access and I'll have free communication with my mates and family. |

| To be honest i don't know if this is worth it. I can see some benefits from having access to my profile so i can message friends or showing someone what achievements i have. And having arcade games to play from my phone that effect my gamer-score but at the same time when im out and about im not really gonna be bothered to mess around with my profile. Why would you really want to change your avatars outfit while picking up some milk or waiting for a bus i think overall its a bit of a waste of time but thats just my opinion. |

here's an idea MS, make the games available on the Droid marketplace. I'm not switching from Verizon for any phone and I seriously doubt they'll have apps like the Droid phones do. I have the ZuneHD32gb and there's like 12 apps available.
Or, or, or...make this program available for the zune HD! Then I can have it and a Droid phone! |

| @#24 - There is an app for iPhone called 360 live. In it you can view cheevos, send and recieve messages, check out who of your friends is online away or offline. You can also view their cheevos. It's got a cool interface and when you turn your iPhone on the side it displays all your friends avatars and their gamercard. The only things it doesn't have that windows phone 7 has is the ability to earn cheevos, and you can't change what your avatar is wearing. Also the games that are coming out on launch for windows 7 don't look that great. Hopefully they get a company like gameloft to make games for it. Imo they make the best mobile phone games. |

But still it's resricted to iTunes only you can't use with WMP, IF you don't have all the songs you had on your playlist before hand all songs are erased or were a while ago. @42 @46 Well people with Macs cant install Zune without running Dual Boot...and I'm not gonna run Windows everytime I want to sync my phone. The large market share of their target audience uses iPhones, therefore already has all their music in iTunes...therefore likely won't switch if they have to swap all that.
Most people can figure out that iTunes comapatability will have a big impact on sales figures. |

I must say, I have been underwhelmed at the service AT&T provides with it's Iphone, but I was never really lured away by any other phone to care to switch.
If this goes live, and I can access my 360 account from my phone, and perhaps whore achievements while waiting at the dentist, I'm so on that, I'd pay the ETF at AT&T in a heartbeat...

@59 I'm 6ft 8 n I have no problem having big hands and using my touch screen phone, u obviously never used 1 and are putting them down cause u can't afford 1.
$ont like the start up menu thing about hubs n etc. But they really need to make this work with droid phones, they would sell so many more games, cause u all should know that it will never work for Iphones, just like anything else that's cool at all. I have no idea why Samsung make such huge phones, and they always suck. If HTC brought out a phone with WP7 on it I'd be tempted to ditch my iPhone for it.
Saying that, all the games shown look awful, and the OS looks sluggish. Dont see many ditching iOS or Android for this. |
