E3 2010: EA Gun Club Announced and Vietnam Expansion for Bad Company 2

A double whammy of announcements has just smacked us around the head at EA's E3 conference, with the unveiling of EA Gun Club, which rewards owners of EA shooters with points towards rewards like early beta access, news and other content for its subscribers as well as special stuff for Bad Company's VIP members.

In the same announcement, EA went on to confirm a Vietnam expansion for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with a very brief but very cool trailer.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam is planned for winter 2010.

@11- Black Ops isn't just going to be in Vietnam. It switches time periods throughout the game. It even goes into space at some point. Also, it's Treyarch vs Dice. No question who will win that battle...

Haha, epic! Love the competition between the Battlefield guys and CoD. The little remarks in BF like ''snowspeeders and heartbeat sensors are for pussies'' are why it's a buy and CoD is a rental. Take yourself too seriously and it's no fun.

EA look great this year, just not enough money for everything, i think kinect or whatever its called will have to wait for a very long time to many real games coming plus a new xbox altogether :)

Omg I love you EA. If only they release it earlier! I can barely wait for onslaught. (Oh and COD Black ops is based on other places besides Vietnam, also whoever played battlefield vietnam in like 2003, WASNT IT AMAZING?)

I was reading on another site it's will be a DLC type of expansion, the site also said that it was MP only, no single player.

Early access to betas... Yes, ONLY if you pre-order from EA themselves though.
Why would I do that when there's 4 places I could pre-order from that are within 5 minutes from my house? I guess the only reason would be that I like paying more for games (shipping costs), but I don't, so I wont.
