This looks like a game where combat shouldn't be implemented. It looks rediculous underwater and out of it. Should be a platformer/adventure and puzzle. Not combat.... Just my opinion though. |

@15, beat me to it! The whole point of this game when I read about it so long ago was the focus on making the water behave realistically, not making it look pretty for trailers and screenshots. We'll comment on the physics when we've played it, maybe? |

@15 Exactly. The Water in Bioshock (2) Looks awesome but everything that shows alot of water is just textured. The best Example would be the level from Bioshock 2 that gets flooded. You can see how everything is just a (nice) texture but the water doesn't really "flow". Maybe we'll see that in Bioshock 3 or this interesting looking game. |

@37: Still the same game regardless. Also Bioshock 1/2 are all about being trapped underwater and the feeling of claustrophobia. Most of time you can only see water in small amounts. And those diving suit bits in the sequel only last 2/3 minutes max. This game is going to make water your enemy and your weapon. So comments about this being 'a clone' are unfounded and ridiculous. Heck, I'd say it's more like Fracture with water. |

I know whenever I see water anywhere, I immediately think it's a Bioshock clone. The underwater scene from the first KotOR? Clone. The movie 'Poseidon'? Clone. My shower? Clone. Rain? Clone. Seriously, though, this looks decent so far. Sign me up for the eventual demo. |

While listening to the voice over for this trailer I was trying so hard to come up with a Don Corleone joke, but it just wouldn't come :( Looks pretty decent, worth playing through at least a demo if not a full purchase. Although if it's meant to be a serious game, they should really rethink using that guy's voice. |

| The concept seems decent and the graphics are solid for an xbl title, but I think with the amount of development time this could have been something more. With episodic content you end paying as much as a retail release, so I personally have to view it that way. When viewed in that light it looks unimpressive. And the story has a bioshock feel not simply because of water but the idea of a "utopia" falling in to chaos. |

| Everybody is missing the true reason why it is like Bioshock. We are talking about taking the elites of the world and putting them on a ship. The narrator with his delightful Russ-ish accent definitely makes it sound as though this was kind of a plan to get rid of the social elites. Basically Bioshock or Atlas Shrugged (the Ayn Rand novel Bioshock is more or less based off of) written by a communist. A grand plan to rid the world of the social elites who hold the majority of the world's wealth. I'll buy it just to see if I'm right and to make fun of communists. |

I does look interesting however, but i will try it before i buy it...I need to experience the gameplay before im fully convinced about this one...and dont compare Bioshock's greateness to this...the only similarity between the two is the element in which sorrounds the character...water...other than that Bioshock is beyond this game's scope |

| @#4, #24 and #25 you three should really look up on the game before you make false assumptions. Read the back story or hell look up what the games all about before you guys post dumb shit. Water physics are as much a character of this game as the heroine is. The game takes place on a ship (not an underwater installation like bioshock does, theres no mutants or biotic powers, and its a 3rd person game that uses water physics to solve puzzles where the main characters a female) that gets highjacked by terrorists and the main charcter gets trapped in the submerged lower decks. The only common themes between the two games is being underwater, but if that 1 theme makes it a bioshock knockoff then there will never be such a thing as original ideas anymore. This is an episodic game and this is just the first chapter where she has to escape the bowls of the ship. The rest of the game wont even take place underwater. Thats like the one portion of shadow complex and few sections of Shadow Complex where you swim underwater, but i assume that makes Shadow Comlpex and Hyrophobia, 2 XBLA games, Bioshock knockoffs when Bioshock 2's water physics if you can even call them that were composed of walking slowly underwater for 2 miutes at a time with not a one sequence of combat. What're ya? Retarded? |
