The dungeons and caves are much bigger and more atmospheric by the looks of it. A very smart move on Lionhead's half... one they no doubt borrowed from the recent Tomb Raider games :3 |

Why does everyone seem to hate Fable 2?
Sure, it wasn't perfect but it kept me entertained and I really enjoyed it. It was a good effort in my opinion. Plus it had some great achievements! |

Maybe it's just something with folk that've played the first and really enjoyed the first, not saying you haven't, but the second was horrible compared to the first, not only imo but apparently in many people's opinions.
Because of 2, no matter how good this look sin screen shots or anything like that I'm definitely not getting my hopes up.
Especially with Lionhead's need to add new feature to it. (ie the visual health thing like in a FPS game). |

@ 10 People hate on Fable 2 because other people hate it and it's cool to hate things when you're a 13-24 yr old bitch. Although, I guarantee that all of the people who hate Fable 2 LOVE Modern Warfare 2 which is the shittiest game ever made. It's all about personal preference and a lot of people have horrible tastes in video games, because they are programmed to like certain types of games. These games have to be realistic with high gore content. Fuck Fable 2 it's cartoony as fuck and the screen doesn't go red when I die... Oh wait they're changing that too? |

On topic, this does look like fun. Granted F2 wasn't the best game I've ever played but it was fun while it lasted. I just realllly hope they let co-op people have their own cameras in this one. The way co-op was in 2, they might as well just not have put it in there. |

I loved fable 2 but it was wayyyyyyyyy toooooo short!!!!!! Fable 1 was much longer and a better all around game. I hope they listened to the fans and built a longer more full game.
@21 So its about personal taste preference, but people's preference sucks....So what you're saying is only what you like is important. Even though you've been programed to like gore? Your entire post makes no sense at all.

@ #2 - Agreed! I'd have been much more impressed with Fable 2 (went out for the LE) if Molyneux didn't run his mouth about things that he WANTS/WANTED in the game that he said would be IN game 3-6 months prior.
I had called it a failing series in another post b/c it's all about gimmicks now. Natal will most ruin it IMO if they don't at least allow use of a standard controller.
@ #21 - MW2 is the most monotonous/repetative game and doesn't deserve GOTY IMO. It's just a flashier version of COD4. There's NOTHING new or innovative in standard militaristic FPS's. |

I watched on x-play that it will definitely be a controller based game but he said he would be a fool to not look into the natal. What I gathered from that is that this game may have natal features in it or that they will be developing natal games in the future. Hey maybe he will make some pub games natal controlled. |

evrything i have heared and read about this game makes me think it will be AWESOME ! buti do have some issues with Fable.
A. Hope Fable 3 isnt as short as 2 (never played 1)
B. If they but a special weapon in the limited edition i hope it will be the most powerful weapon in the game unlike in Fable 2
There is other ones but i cant remember them. |

Loved Fable 1 (Best), loved Fable 2 (Was short and the Co-Op kinda sucked, but still fun), and will be looking forward to Fable 3. I very interested in how there gonna play Natal in all this, and how the new "system" there going with will be like. |

Looks cool, will inevitably be a massive fail just like all of the crap Peter hypes up though.
He truly lost me when he said some people thought leveling in the past games was confusing.. You would have to be a complete MORON to not understand the leveling mechanics. Not to mention the health system sounds stupid too. Way to dumb the game down even more for the FPS fans by using a similar system of health regen.
CO-OP had better be 100x greater than on Fable 2 or otherwise I'd have no reason to even rent this game. |

Well with Fable 2 freshened again in my system, I can't wait for the third installment. I found the first Fable a bit too linear for my liking, if they improved upon the area changing choices and make the actions a bit more adverse than the second, then I think the game will be brilliant |
