| I am getting tired of demos coming out well after the game has been released. It kills its own sales and in my case, I won't bother with the demo because I will have rented it already. |

| I have no problem with this. It gives people on a fixed income a chance to play around with different games to discover what their next investment may be. |

shouldnt demos come out BEFORE the game so we can try before we buy? or does this just show how bad sales initially were, and that they are hoping to get more ppl to buy it by releasing a demo after the games been out? |

@6, they dont have to come out before the game, and you can still try before you buy with this. It's all a sales tactic, but for an hour and a half demo, I couldnt care less :P |

FINALLY. I keep seeing this game in stores and wanting to pick it up, in fact, last night I had it in my hands ready to buy, but I've boughten too many games just to get home and hate it. Definitely downloading immediately. |

Releasing demos after the game has been released just seems like an afterthought. It's like; "Hmmm, the game didn't do as well as expected so maybe if we introduce players to the game, they'll decide to buy it anyway..." Pointless... BTW: This title is worth it, it's pretty awesome! |

Yah, this is abit late. The FULL game was okay. 1000'd it without much problem, except for the times when it felt like glitching up on me. Like people have already commented, demos should come out BEFORE the full game comes out. |

| Whine much? Seriously who CARES if they release it after the game came out?? You know, it's not a requirement to buy a game day one. If that was the case all games would be out for a week then they would yank them off the shelf. This is for those folks who didn't buy it to give them a chance. If you bought it day one, you obviously didn't need a demo. Deal with it. |

@#14 Hmm. Saint's Row, Red Faction, Darksiders, and WWE games to name a few. I really don't follow your comment about THQ. Since when do demos need to be released before a game is. Sure it's convenient but a lot of the time access to demos in the past came in disc form with pretty much most of the dics consisting of games that had already been out for a month. I see everyone's point but to me it's not required service for devs seeing as a lot of games nowadays do not have demos for them. |

| I would have liked to see the demo a bit sooner myself, but I suppose they need give this game a bit more exposure so on a sales standpoint it can try to stand out among the superior titles like bioshock 2 and mass effect 2. Being on a limited budget, some gamers must make a hard decision on what to buy. It wasn't the best game released so far this year, but it beat the heck out of bayonetta that's for sure. |

| Waiting for this to go to £19.99 for the last month, Bayonetta can be got for £17.99, but Darksiders is the one Id rather have. Still a demo to keep me going while I wait for a pricedrop will be suffice. Ive seen it for £24.99, but I can justify paying that price for a game thats over in 20 hours. |

@ 17... bang on there son! couldnt have put it better myself :) to the point, demos are tasters, and regardless of coming out before or after the release date is neither here nor there, you can still try before you buy, you just have to buy a little later if thats the case. its an epic good game though and in most local shops around my area (and im sure areas all over the globe), its already lower in price, so a you can try it for free, and if you like, you can get it cheaper than day one price... win win situation there. |

Blue Harvest, this is not a shit game. THEIR game is actually quite good, and hopefully a few more people will buy it based on this demo. 90 minutes seems like a good amount of time for a demo, quite generous in fact. Hope this helps boost sales as VIGIL deserves some more recognition for a really good title. Check out the x360a review, not only did it get 'impressive' overall, but it got a massive score in playability, and isn't that what games are meant to be about? |

kinda strange to have the demo released so far after release date, but oh well. I own the full game and am only 2 hours and 30 minutes in and a 90 minute test run will be very good for people to check it out. |

| I've been debating on whether or not to get this game. With Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Bayonetta and Dante's Inferno all coming out I had to skip this one. So if the demo is good I'll probably pick it up. |
