#3 it does not suck dude
i wasn't challenged that much in the main game (even on playthrough 2.5 where everything is lvl 51 or lvl 50)
now the underdome riot is a great add on pack
i was in one of the very first team's
(4 player's one of each class all lvl 50 playthrough 2.5 legit weapons)
to complete the dlc as in all 3 bigger/smaller tournament's
(did all 3 smaller one's in about 1 hour and a half and we did 2 of the larger one's 3 hour's each on launch day of dlc)
the next day we finished off the dlc with completing the last big tournament in around 2 and a half hours
it' worth the money in my opinion
then again there's another dlc coming out for this game
which includes level increase more weapons and such

Good idea, but... they are also working on a 3rd DLC... So, perhaps it might be better to wait for all ever possible DLCs to become available and buy only one disc containing them all.
Or, wait for the (if ever) GOTY edition, like Fallout which has main game + all 5 dlcs if I'm not mistaken.

Not all that easy to beat it with just 2 players #12.
I've tried multiple times, and we end up dying at round 4. Either it's that hard or we suck, but I've never tried with 4 players. Sounds a lot easier.
I was hoping this would have the third one too, and since I already bought Mad Moxxi (which I regret, I should've listened to peoples reviews), I won't be getting this, I'd rather go buy a 20 dollar points card. |

| One really cheap way to beat Underdome is to go into the game with someone who is around lvl 15 or 16 and have a buddy join your game who is lvl 41 and plus. The enemies all stay at 16 to match the person who is running the game so your buddy can go around and kill everyone. We tried to go through it in two player with two lvl 41 characters and kept dying in about the forth round. Just thought I would share the easy way to get through it |

| Will people stop saying there will be a GOTY edition please! Borderlands (although I think worthy) did not win GOTY anywhere, and only games that do end up having GOTY editions released! The only reason they re-package GOTY editions is because they can now sell it to people who didn't buy it originally with the added selling point of "this is the best game released in xxxx" I'd bet a re-packaged edition of Borderlands does not come out on consoles, it would be pointlessly expensive without the bonus of some extra selling point. |

| Dont bother with it, mad moxie dlc is awfull they have just jumped on the horde bandwagon and dr ned is all zombies but is pretty good fun. the mad moxie achieve takes bout 2-3 hours each and that with 3 of us playin and it very boring, shame really as borderlands is an awesome game. |

| The Underdome makes this add-on automatically suck. Seriously, what were they thinking with that DLC? Hours and hours of grinding with pretty much no reward or even any sort of ending cutscene. It's such a lazy release with little to no effort on Gearbox's part. |

| Im going to go and say with the people talking about Achievements whores. Not to say, I am an Achievement whore, I'm trying to get my friends do the Big tournements with me. This is not a TERRIBLE DLC, It could have been better, but it's not that bad. For those of you "Hardcore RPG'r's" out there, this is the best way to test if your Character is really that amazing. Although I will say if you don't have either of the DLC's yet either get this or wait for the third one or a "Complete Edition" of Borderlands. And yes @46, that pissed me off too, since I loved Fallout 3 and spent 20$ extra on all the DLC's, then they made a freakin GOTY (Thouhg I am glad it got GOTY ^_^). |

I have XBL and can download just fine - I just hate using up my last gig of space on the standard HDD for something like this.
20 GB HDD (really 13gb after the system files) is just lame, and I still don't want to put out $100 for a new HDD when I could get a SATA for $30.

The two DLCs are 800 MS points ($10.00) each meaning it costs $20.00 to get them both as DLC. This does not contain the original game + 2 DLC for $19.99, so why does everyone think this is a bargain?
I say just get the Zombie Island for 800 MS Points, skip Underdome and wait for the 3rd DLC, or just wait until end of the year when Gearbox release the GOTY edition with everything on 2 discs. :D |

@3 It's difficult in a group and easy solo but it gets very very tedious either way. The best part is the opening cutscene where the guy gets killed by the konami code, made me lol

| Mad Moxxi is terrible, I did 2 of the long ones with 2 people and one with 3 and its sooo boring, we didn't die so I can't comment on how far it potentially sets you back but if I wasn't determined to finish the game I would have stopped well before the wave 20s; it wouldn't have been so bad if you got XP or you actually fought the proper bosses. At least you can work on your challenges which is the small consolidation, which points me to the question... why no achievement for completing all the challenges?............. |

@#3: Yeah it does suck pretty bad. They just took out everything that made the original game and Zombie Island fun and just made it into another boring, tedious Horde/Firefight mode. It just seems to run on forreeeeeveeerrrr, just doing the same thing over and over and over again. Good thing that with the just-announced 3rd DLC, The Secret Army of General Knoxx, they're going back to the story-based RPG style that made the game so great in the first place. In some of the screenshots already released, they even showed that you'll get a monster truck as a vehicle! SWEET!

Underdome is only for the hardcore and for people with friends who don't suck. It is very hard and kids today don't like anything to be hard.

So people have been saying alot about GOTY editions.....
as have fans of numerous other DLC utilising games. what warrants a GOTY edition? i mean we had fallout 3, Gears 2 and Fable 2 GOTY editions within months of each other. is GOTY an actual official title or just marketing.
OT: i haven't got this game yet. it was either this or Dragon Age (may have made the wrong decision) but i'd definitly buy a GOTY edition if it had all the DLC on it like Oblivion and Fallout 3 |
