Activision today announced that they had secured the services of industry veterans and Dead Space moguls, Glenn Schofield and Michael Condrey, to head up a new studio in Foster City, California called Sledgehammer Games.
Glen Schofield who was the Executive Producer on Dead Space joins the firm as Vice President and General Manager, whereas Michael Condrey, who was Senior Development Director on Dead Space, comes in as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
The studio is said to have snapped up a team of "world-class" developers and are already hard at work on an as-yet unannounced game.
