Latest Just Cause 2 Dev Diary Focuses Entirely on the Grappling Hook

Latest Just Cause 2 Dev Diary Focuses Entirely on the Grappling Hook
Written Tuesday, November 10, 2009 by Dan Webb

It's not very often a dev diary for an upcoming game focuses purely on one gadget. You don't see a dev diary on Gears of War's Lancer, or even one on Assassin's Creed's hidden blade. In fact, not even Batman gets a dev diary on his grappling hook, which for all intents and purposes, is his trademark tool! So what makes Just Cause 2's grappling hook so special that it deserves a dev diary? Well, the fact that you can do literally anything with it actually amounts to a good enough reason. Check the dev diary out below and you'll see what we mean.

I'm seriously counting the days till I get this game; the first one had so much potential to be good but it failed and I hope they did better on this one.

Anyway, this game is looking good. I haven't played the first one and probably won't get around to it, but I may pick this one up at some point. Yeah, very insightful on my part . . .

Downloadable content - achievements or no achievements - will you buy it with or without them?
If the content is good, or for a game I love, I'll buy it regardless of whether chievos are included
I'll still buy and play the downloadable content, but achievements would be nice.
Who the hell cares!?
No achievements, no sale ... and that goes for any game ... whether you're GTA or Halo!
Just stop with the DLC achievements full stop ... you're ruining my completion percentage dammit!
