Haha, I just got home after buying a copy of this and see this news first in the list.

Ouch i just found it and it 1GB looks like i wont be getting it straight away cause ive pretty much reached my download limit.
and @#9 yeah the force unleashed DLC was real short. in the screens i saw of it starkiller was on Hoth, That must mean there will be another DLC coming out soon for it as well. |

Either way, I have yet to pick up F.E.A.R. 2, but if I get around to it, I guess I'll see if the DLC will be worth it; until then, I have no real opinion other than the 123(0) achievement point total. xP |

| Just finished the sp the other day and definately getting the dlc. Great game and strongly recommend it to anyone on the fence about it however Not a fan of the MP since everyone on there seems to be godlike |

| As much as I like the Monolith games their achievement rendering abilities are terrible. First we get 970 for Condemned (why such an odd number?) and it never gets any DLC for the final 30 points. Then Fear 1 and Fear Files never get any DLC other than a few pointless map packs. Condemned 2 never bothered with any DLC, period, despite the promising online portion. Then Fear 2 comes around with it's lame focus on ranking up, which takes forever and the community basically evaporated a month after it was released. So rather than work on this DLC first thing, they pump out a bunch of expensive map packs that nobody played. Then, finally, we get some single-player DLC with what looks like annoying achievements and to top it off we get stiffed 20 possible gamerscore. If this was any other compa |

If this was any other company I'd tell them to fuck off and die but I like the Fear/Condemned games enough that I'll pony up for this DLC.
However, I expect more single-player DLC or for them to fix the crappy XP system. I'd like a clean-cut 1,500 Gamerscore before they abandon Fear 2 for the next project. |

| downloaded this dlc 1 hour ago, and damn it is fucking short. i played "chapter" 1 and 2 in 10 minutes. the only good thing about this dlc is that the achievements let you play through it twice, but is SUCKS. i wan't my money back |

As for 230 instead of 250 I really couldn't care as long as there are more achievements for dlc...1230 or 1250 it's not like that many people will get that anyway because some of the mp achievements were very time consuming from memory |

| Who cares about 1230 or 970? It isn't like 1250 is a "nice round number" either. Play games for fun first then worry about your stupid gamerscore. Complaining about the order of achievements? Reading that makes me feel a whole lot better about my life. BTW, I hear the DLC is pretty good. |

The DLC is way too short for $10 dollars, but I'm a giant fan on FEAR so I didn't mind it. It took me 45 minutes to get through it all on Hard difficulty.
Some very surreal and cool sequences are in it, its fun while it lasts. It ends on a giant teaser....FEAR 3 better not be far off. |

| That answers my question I had in comment 9 then. Guess I won't be getting it. I figured it would be too short for 10 bucks, just like EVERY DLC. Even map packs are 'too short' in the sense that there isn't anything special about them or they grow old fast. |

People who are very active in these achievement forums are practically addicted to achievements, so it's natural to have quite high gamerscore. But that shouldn't stop you from posting. ;)

Be warned
This is not 4 missions.
It is basically 1 mission with 4, well 5 intervals ( but the 5th takes only about 2 mins.).
Took me about 90 mins- 2 hrs to complete all 5. |

| looks like another ripoff dlc you can run through in an hour on hard.as all crap/rip of dlc ie gow2,force unleashed,i could go on.monolith can shove that up there ignorant arses they should of sorted online xp system out before prying an hours worth of entertainment for £7.sort out that disaster of a under used mp.cos of the insane rank achievements. |

| my view on it is that they are planning on releasing a 20g soon as well, possibly to do with the mulitplayer stuff. Is this seriously enough to get you guys worried though, 20g less is certainly not an issue. |
