5 Bands Coming to Rock Band Music Store Next Week Written Friday, August 28, 2009 by Dan Webb MTV and Harmonix sent out word today that 5 bands will be heading to the Rock Band Music Store next week, including a 5 pack from Talking Heads. Available September 1st, the tracks will be the usual 160 points a piece with the Talking Heads Track Pack 01 setting you back 680 points. Forget Talking Heads though, Supersonic is a classic... and The Jam... *faints* If they don't float your boat like they float mine, I'm sure A7X and Rage Against The Machine will raise a smile with some of you. The tracks are as follows:

Being a Brit, The Jam and Oasis are both more prevalent over here than Talking Heads, who aren't so much. I would say it's the exact opposite for those on the other side of the pond. I'd even go so far as to say that The Jam were not only more influential than Talking Heads, but they were one of the most influential bands EVER. And Oasis aren't far behind.
