Far Cry 2 Content Falls Under "Deal of the Week" Promo Written Monday, July 27, 2009 by Dan Webb Up on the "Deal of the Week" pedestal this week is Far Cry 2's very own Fortunes Pack, which is available now for 240 Microsoft Points. The Fortunes Pack includes 3 new weapons; including a silenced shotgun and a crossbow, two new vehicles and four multiplayer maps; full details and screenshots of which can be found here. The 240 price tag is a long way off its usual 560 point price tag and may very well tempt the odd one or two back into the title, if only for a while. Remember though, gold members only. | |

I still have this game, but as mentioned above, the multiplayer had serious issues - even finding a game takes forever because the host as full control over the matches. The lack of achievements with these maps also means that nobody will buy this and nobody will be playing them, making this deal completely worthless. |

I play this game alot and spend alot of time in the editor but what they have done with this dlc is just stupid you cant use the vehicles in the editor. you can only use all the stuff in this pack on the new maps that come with it. Shame on ubi to actually bring out dlc containing maps when they knew all along that most of the community make their own maps (and some alot better than ubi's) so long story short i love farcry but the dlc can sit and swivel |
