In fact, I know this is from my thread because I changed 2 of the achievement orders around to make for more logical reading ("Afraid of the Dark" to the top to be with "Did Not Go Gentle", and "Is it Hot or is that just me?" under the maps because it wasn't a part of the SP DLC). AH have those two at the bottom.
So please, in future, don't say "sources" and give links to where you got your information (as I did, and as does every other credible website on the net). Don't claim it as your own. |

I think that the stealth option will see you dressed as a theron guard at the point right after you euthanise Maria.
Marcus says something like.."I've got a plan...but if you want to go in all guns blazing...."

Hey Pookie010906 what do you mean 3 extra maps!? There's only seven comen out for now and thats Allfathers Garden, Memorial, Sanctuary, War Machine, Highway, Way Station, and Nowhere. So what Three are you talken about? I think The Next and Last map pack should be Called the Ultimate Flash Back and have whats left from Gears 1 so it will feed everyones Gears 1 hunger. and whats left is Bullet Marsh, Clocktower, Escalation, Garden, Mausoleum, Old Bones, Process, Raven Down,and Rooftops.

*sigh* I like playing Horde since I don't do well in public multiplayer. Read that all you want, I admit that I stink in multiplayer, and don't like it.

They have given too many points for these horde achievements, the balance is all wrong, I would of preferred lower points for each and more different achievements that could of been earnt in MP (100 kills with longbow etc.) |

I hate MP achievement. But since it is DLC for multiplayer, the achievements make sense. Horde is probably the most enjoyable mode in Gears 2 (considering the MP is broken in Gears 2 and horde is the only one that works well) but having this many achievements for this mode is ridiculous.
But i am interested in the single player level but judging by the number of achievements of campaign mission, i don't think it will be a long level. Probably will take less than 1 hour. SHAME!!! |

Once again, not very creative achievements... the diversity for horde achievements in this game is poor. Why not add more specific and in-game horde achievements such as getting a kill streak, total points in a game, revives, weapon kills, etc? That sounds a little more fun than another 150+ rounds of horde. |

Horde mode is a monster with a good group of 4 friends :) However, 180 waves is a bit much. Add that to the 210 waves currently required to get all the achievements, that brings us to a grand total of 390 waves to completely finish Horde mode off. I think my brain just exploded. |

I think it's a great deal -- 7 new maps plus a new campaign chapter. I don't expect the campaign chapter to be anything substantial at all; probably just a 30-minute bust. But 7 maps are cool, and $20 is worth it. It's like 2 map packs and a new campaign chapter. |

Also, the level 100 achievement is not difficult by any means; it's quite easy, in fact. The only thing is that it's ever so time-consuming. You score EXP every match, so it's by no means "hard," though. Difficult and time-consuming are two very different things. |

if you look at the achievements across the board it is rather well balanced a huge variety of Multiplayer as well the campaign, and then the horde 3 main groups of achievements.
GOW2 will in fact be the first game to be FULLY attainable at this packs release for a full 1750
there is no other game at this time that can GIVE you a full 1750 HALO3 will when ODST is released, but to burst your bubble HALO3 ODST will actually add the remaining missing from Halo3 and give you another 1000 Points on top
Which Brings Halo3 and Halo3 ODST to a grand total of 2750Achievement points Sourced from Bungie website check it out. |

I'm happy i bought the maps when they came out... then i would have been stuck playing hord on all the previous maps and then the new maps. Way too much hord to handle on 19 different maps. 10 waves on every map and also having to reach level 50 on different packs. im glad i got those out of the way. |

what do they mean by reaching level 50 can you be over 50 and get the achievement? |

I don't want to be level 50 to complete my Horde achievements. That really pisses me off. I play Horde because I don't play competitively. That's what the mode is for. |

Horde better start giving EXP. Otherwise level 25 is as high as I'm going. I love this game...but i love other games too. And to play to level 50 and moreover, level 100...that would require me to neglect the world and everything else in it for about a year. |
