	I'd really like to know who decided that this show was such a big deal. The cartoon animated shorts were awesome, sure. But this CG series they seem to have so much faith in is complete garbage. It'd really be nice if they'd stop wasting money on it. And put the focus back into the real Star Wars. I'd take an Original Trilogy game any day over crap like this.

	It's really hard for me to have expectations for this game. I am a diehard OLD SCHOOL Star Wars fan, thus I tolerate the prequel trilogy and utterly despise the bastardization of the storyline that is the cartoon series - the newer one, anyways (the 5 minute shorts between episode 2-3 were awesome). I guess I am succumbing to the George Lucas make-as-much-money-as-possible scheme, but I love his franchise, and will likely play this game as a result. But I hate that SW went from revolutionary movies to complete garbage that gets recycled as a kids' TV series.

	Does anyone remember the game Obi-Wan for original xbox? That game was incredibly entertaining. They should bring back a sequel to that using the same engine, obviously beef up graphics, length, storyline etc... As far as this game goes it's definately a rental.

	@ #4 you are asking about Clone Wars being pushed too far? How about the Halo franchise? How about the GTA franchise? Resident Evil series? @ #18 It's always funny to me when people call smaller market games cash cows because of the franchise it represents. Yet no one even mentions the ones I did because they are bigger market games that people get suckered into buying for the name, but to me have become less entertaining. Resident Evil isn't even survival horror anymore, it's action and has nothing to do with the original 3 except the characters. One minute Umbrella is around, and the next it's gone. How? 	#21 - I remember Obi-Wan and it was awesome (and the engine has already been re-used twice, in Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Not hating just sayin', it's already been done, but I agree it should be done again. Next-gen version would be freaking slick but I agree with #16 that I would rather see a next-gen Battlefront and/or KOTOR.

	#27 I don't know how I possibly missed those two titles, but thanks for the info. Here's to hoping for backward capatability! Like mentioned by many people I would love a next-gen KOTOR. Maybe play as a jedi leading up to Revan and Malak's betrayal.

	#37 I agree completely, more backstory on Revan/Malak would be awesome. The Jedi Knight games are definitely worth checking out (even better than Obi-Wan), especially if you've never played them before. In fact, I'm going to go see about re-acquiring them as a result of this discussion, and the dearth of releases I want in the next 3 weeks. Good call.

	...and I forgot to add that the Jedi Knight games are kinda hard to come by - Jedi Knight II generally runs $20-30 online but Jedi Academy (the most recent) is one of the most pricey original xbox games - I've seen it go as high as $100 and even the chain game stores that carry it sell it for $30-60. Take my word for it though if you're a SW fan it's worth it.

	On the subject of old Xbox SW games; does anyone remember SW: Republic Commando ? SP was extremely entertaining and recently I've been playing the MP a lot. But hey come on Lucasarts, re-release Dark Forces and Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II as XBLA titles. I would love to see Jason Court playing Kyle Katarn in HD :D

	#23 the reason the titles you mentioned aren't considered as MUCH of a cash cow are that star wars has a massive amount of books, comics, tv shows, films, games, toys and what ever else that have spanned over decades but dont get me wrong there are books and films for halo and resident evil but just not to the sheer extent of star wars. I'm not complaining though i like star wars. And as for resi 5 not being survival horror i guess capcom wanted the series to evolve a bit seeing as how the game market has changed or something? i personally liked 5 but i do also get how it has completely moved from the originals, and umbrella didn't disappear they've have played atleast some part or another in like every game and what i assume you are reffering to is explained just wikipedia it or somethin

The only games that are probably coming out in the next few years that I care for are Battlefront 3 and The next Elder Scrolls. Star Wars 'the Old Republic' is a PC exclusive MMORPG, so epic who cares? They have managed to make this game's graphics ok. It couldn't be the worst Star Wars game ever.

	Whatever. I personally hate the Clone Wars show for how it looks and I don't find it to be that much interesting. I have read the comics, novels, seen movies, and play star wars games but The Whole Clone Wars franchise doesn't appeal to me. Hope other like it. I will stick waiting for the KOTOR MMO

	#71 - I agree with your point overall, but I thought Boba Fett surviving was a travesty. The New Jedi Order books were enjoyable to me, as well as Zahn's Heir to the Empire trilogy, which are almost as good as the original trilogy. Pretty much all the books written in the 90s were pretty horrible, and the games are and have been notoriously glitchy (LucasArts really needs better testers). But even as glitch-riddled as the games have been, I still love (most of) them. I can do without the racing ones, but I will always count several among my favorite games (KOTOR, TIE Fighter, and SW: Galaxies are the first that come to mind). And for this reason (fan loyalty), I will fall right into the trap, even if the gameplay is glitchy and subpar, which is likely. Thanks and you're welcome,

	#77 you piqued my curiosity with that one so I went a-googling. The only stuff Krome has done on 360 is the first Viva Pinata (fun but mundane)and Hellboy (crap). They did some of the Spyro games on other consoles and Force Unleashed for the Wii. I'll go ahead and say judging them by their body of work would be unreasonable. All the up-and-coming studios lay some rotten eggs before the golden one comes out (not that I think this is said golden egg, or anything, just sayin').

	this pisses me off on so many levels... I'd be very receptive to another KOTOR, Battlefront, Republlic Commando (except better), or Jedi Knight series game. Even another Rogue Squadron might be nice. But I cannot stand the stupid children's cartoon that Star Wars has become. I loved the Clone Wars shorts, but the Cell shaded 3D bullsh!t needs to be done away with. I think I respect the Star Wars christmas special more than this excuse for a series, and you couldn't even understand half of the christmas special because they were speaking in Wookiee!

	For flucks sake... i wanted a good star wars game like Battlefront 3, but this, THIS awful excuse of a game and of star wars standard is shocking.... i mean i neva played it but from wat ive herd nd my friends have sed i would love to try a KOTOR sequel or something because it actually sounds EPIC AMAZMENT and also i agree wid #77 Who The Fluck are Krome Studios??? 	ZOMG!!! I'm going to get this game. It's probably going to suck, but i'm a fanboy, so I have to buy it the very moment it comes out. gets out Chewbacca costume in preparation for the midnight release that probably isn't going to happen

	Well, if one gets to cut down droids mindlessly with a lightsaber, I'd play it. I mean, I liked the characters in the movie, especially with how they introduced Ahsoka, she was an interesting character I rekon. But yeah, I'd have a go at this one myself.

	Man i like star wars but the cartoon graphics annoy me i wish people down at lucus arts would understand that most of us are agaist these graphics most of us are not 12. Give us a game we really want star wars battlefront 3

	Really, I do love Star Wars games. I'm working on The Force Unleashed right now and I do appreciate the variation of the series. BF3 would be a great addition, and KotOR3 would be a great addi(c)tion, but I don't like the cartoons. From the trailer, it looks more like a Disney-promoted Kung-Fu Panda-esque game. Not cool.

	I'm as big a star wars fan as anyone, but the clone wars aspect of the star wars galaxy is getting pretty old. Its becoming the science fiction version of ww2.
