And now an actual comment.
While I can't say I like this band, I really don't know them either. The song "Stop!" from GH2 was good, and Mountain Song from RB2 was good too so maybe there will be a hit or two on this album for me to enjoy. We'll see.

I hate when people complain about RB2 DLC. They're not gonna cater to your liking. They need variety. STFU

i wonder what album cover rock band will have for this. there was 2 different ones i believe. There was a censored one and one with naked twins with their hair on fire.

#4 The albym witth 'Been caught Stealing' was their 1990 release, Ritual de lo Habitual. I figured that would be the one to go since it more closedly fits the timeline they've been using with Ten, BloodSugarSexMagik, and Nevermind.

Apparently, HMX is stuck in 1990. Next up could be Soundgarden's Badmotorfinger.

They should put Stabbing Westward's Whither, Blister, Burn and Peel on here. That album is amazing.

Friday, April 24, 2009 @ 03:22:33 PM

blah, i think they should skip the full cd shenanigans and stick to releasing track packs by several bands a week. track packs = more variety = less crappy songs = good

@19:

This album more fits the pattern of adding the rest of an album from which one of its songs is already in the game. Like Ten, BSSM, Colour and the Shape, and Chinese Democracy.

I may get this depending on my paycheck. About time this came out, this has been announced a long time ago.

That makes the last of all the well-known leaked DLC. Stuff from now on should be a bit more "surprising".

can't complain. this is alot better than what's been up for DLC. it's seems there is like at least six songs for DLC everyweek I think how they should do it is the first two weeks of the month pick three genre's that they switch up every month and do two songs for each genre, like the first week 2 Metal, 2 Alternative, 2 Classic Rock or whatever and then change up the genres in week 2 and then for week 3 they should let people vote on there site like a peoples choice and then the last week have it be a full album of whatever they wanna do. I just think doing this way there would be better odds of people getting at least one song everyweek they enjoy. just an idea.

I give this a resounding "meh." But, as others have pointed out, I have no right to complain, since there is so much quality DLC being put out, and an amazing variety.

#35, I agree. If they want variety, they can't keep coming out with alternative for a month, then metal for 1/4 of a month then keep switching it up. They should just keep things even. Nice thought.

Comment #47 by SebastianSB

#43, they go for variety, but it's a weighted variety. They get a bit of everything but naturally you're going to see more songs in the more popular genres. The metal heads might complain but if HMX catered to them they would make a lot less money off of DLC.

Why can't they not just give os some Bloodhound Gang!

Comment #49 by bigsilentrob
Sunday, April 26, 2009 @ 09:55:25 AM

That would rock to have some Bloodhound Gang.

I'd rather have Jane's Addiction than Spongebob and The Naked Brothers Band.

@49:

Agreed on NBB, but not Spongebob. I can't be the only one who found those tracks absolutely hilarious.

Bloodhound Gang would be frickin' amazing.

Downloadable content - achievements or no achievements - will you buy it with or without them?
If the content is good, or for a game I love, I'll buy it regardless of whether chievos are included
I'll still buy and play the downloadable content, but achievements would be nice.
Who the hell cares!?
No achievements, no sale ... and that goes for any game ... whether you're GTA or Halo!
Just stop with the DLC achievements full stop ... you're ruining my completion percentage dammit!
