They wen't against everything that the fans wanted, and made a horrific game that wasn't even half as good, why do you think so little people play it now? (minus the noobs that think they are pro because they can hold B and camp in a room full of planted nades) If anyone has any sense they'd have realised that fuel depot was left out purely as a lure to get you to buy the map pack. The rest of the maps look nothing special, but as soon as people see fuel depot there seems to be some crazy rush for it. Want a cheaper option? Play Gears 1, at least the multiplayer on the first Gears isn't fucked beyond beleif. |

Sure there are mistakes in GoW2 multiplayer, but it's still fun. Yes fuel depot is a lure, but it doesn't mean the other maps automatically suck.One could also say that they are straight going for cash like releasing the last map pack after 1-2 months. Either way, I'm glad to see fuel depot returning. |

Even though the Flashback map pack was made supposedly for the Gears 1 fans (all they did was replace the textures with Gears 2 ones) the fact that they then tried to milk money from these after stating they wouldn't put them up for sale and missing out the most wanted map (fuel depot) on purpose is a disgrace. EPIC listened to the NOOBS, the ones that wanted a great game that they could actually play without needing any form of skill, and thats what they got. |
