Sigh... Maybe it's my fault for not having a ton of games, but so far, the Deal of the Week has yet to benefit me at all. I already had Braid, and the others have been for games that I don't have. Here's crossing my fingers for Crackdown, Overlord, or Mass Effect DLC...

| I just picked up the messenger pack from Best Buy - Head set, text pad, PGR4, 2 Watchmen tickets and 1 year of Xboxlive for $50. I am glad the premium pack is on sale. I don't think this is a coincidence. |

| #7, that's what I plan on getting as well. Mt current year of LIVE is almost up, and I wanted to regrab PGR4 to finish my achieves (had to sell it right after it released because I sold off my 360 for a while to concentrate on school) and I'm ready to get back into this game. |

@5 I bought the mass effect DLC last year when it was 300pts for a while.
I get the feeling they won't reduce it again and even if they did it would only be by 100pts so you should probably just buy it for 400pts if you really want it. |

Looks like a good deal, too bad I don't have the game nor am looking forward to playing it.
Would've bought last weeks Ninja Gaiden 2 pack, but it was 40 more points than I had. They should just cut them in half instead of this 40% bullshit. |

Again, they should put things that you don't need anything else to use into deal of the week. ie not a piece of DLC.
They'd please a lot more people by just putting an XBLA game on deal each week. Braid has been the only 'deal' that hasn't required you to already have a game to benefit from it. Rubbish.... |

deal of the week should be applied to over 80% of live users, e.g i'd say over 90% have halo 3 and have a deal of half price legendary dlc, i don't think majority of XBL users have PGR4.
why not have deal of the week were you buy an arcade e.g band of bugs and get the dlc for free |

You really believe Halo 3 has a 90% catchment on 360 owners o_O.
Also, what's with all the hate, at least they are doing a promotion consistently. You just need to keep your hopes up that the next item is what you want or considered before.
As for me, I'm glad about the DLC this time. The game is pretty good, not "ancient" or "really really old" as some have said. Why is a game old after a couple of weeks? Anyway, means I can pick up another copy of this game now as my other one was stolen.
