Patton Oswalt has a stand-up bit about how TV used to offer escapism from our crappy lives, but now that it's all reality tv about people with crappy lives it doesn't make any sense for us to enjoy it.

I always think of that whenever i get excited about any part of this game, cause I live in LA, and after a long day of being stuck in traffic I just want to come home and play this game about driving in LA traffic.

Regardless, this DLC will mark the first time I've seen South Central in the last year and a half, so that's something.

Does this mean that I have to put an alarm in my car when driving near South Central? Do I need to change my color because I dont want to get shot for driving the wrong color...

I used to live in Inglewood so im just fucking around =D

Well, Since none of the press releases from Rock* and/or other media even bother to mention the addition of new achievements, I suppose there won't be any. Or?

I mean: if the expansion map *would* come with new achievements, wouldn't this be heavily promoted, or at least mentioned?

Poll

Downloadable content - achievements or no achievements - will you buy it with or without them?
If the content is good, or for a game I love, I'll buy it regardless of whether chievos are included
I'll still buy and play the downloadable content, but achievements would be nice.
Who the hell cares!?
No achievements, no sale ... and that goes for any game ... whether you're GTA or Halo!
Just stop with the DLC achievements full stop ... you're ruining my completion percentage dammit!
