Microsoft and FromSoftware announced today that Xbox 360 exclusive “Ninja Blade” has gone gold and will ship to retailers in the UK on April 3rd. FromSoftware, well-known for their work on “Armored Core” and the “Tenchu” franchise, created a modern ninja epic where Ken Ogawa and his team of skilled fighters battle a terrifying disease that transforms the citizens of Tokyo into an infected monster horde. Armed with an extensive arsenal of ninja weapons and abilities, including Ninja Vision and Todomé Attack, players confront grueling challenges in their mission to save humanity.

Get a head start on the action by downloading the “Ninja Blade” demo on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Available March 9, this free demo will provide players with an engaging first look into the world of Ken Ogawa and a chance to battle the monster horde before the game hits store shelves in April.

  • Oops I mean at #1 - Why the sad face xD
  • What is NINJA BLADE lol?
  • box art makes me cringe every time :( game looks pretty sweet though
  • Ninjas and zombies? I'm intrigued. I'll have to check out the demo.
  • I agree with #7, Ninjas + Zombies makes for an interesting game. Could be like Tenchu + Resident Evil... Except good. OH SNAP. NO HE DIDN'T.
  • I'll wait for the review, and i get what you mean about the box art.
  • cheap gaiden anyone?
  • The monsters on the boxart look like that thing from Cloverfield. Atleast the face does. Mako, you make a good point, I never even considered the fact Gaiden had beasties in it...hmm. Gaiden is badass though, so even if this is a version with 1/10 of it's awesomeness. Should still be playable.
  • @#6, Just hope the art is not the final artwork, 80% of time it isn't. But yeah game looks awesome
  • at #10 this is by no means a "cheap" Ninja Gaiden! tbh i have finished both Ninja Gaiden 2 and the demo for Ninja Blade and i absolutely love it as will anyone who liked NG2 in some ways NB is SOOOoo much better than NG2 i particularly love the dash feature and its visual effect, not to mention having several swords assigned to the d-pad.. pure genius! makes it better for hot-swapping weapons in battle , shame we in the UK are so behind tho i mean i played this demo like 3 months ago or something retarded and if id been a good patient little brit' i would STILL be waiting for the demo oh well x] sorry for the essay all, i got a lil' passionate x]
  • @13: The demo isn't out yet ;D
  • #14 - The demo has been up on the Japanese marketplace for months.
  • must say that armorded core and tenchu aren't the greatest now days, so i'll be looking forward to the demo to see if this is better!
