x360a Review: Halo Wars

x360a Review: Halo Wars
Written Friday, February 20, 2009 by Dan Webb

In a week's time, or just over a week if you're in North America, the first non-Bungie Halo title will flood the market. Not the traditional Halo FPS that we're so used to now, it doesn't even have Master Chief in it. So far, you'd be right in thinking ... "how the hell is this going to work then?" because traditionally ... Bungie + FPS + Halo + Master Chief = success.

Fear not though, RTS veterans Ensemble are at the helm and the title, which was originally meant to be an RTS, looks to be heading to its roots. How does it fare though? Worth your cash?

Poll

Downloadable content - achievements or no achievements - will you buy it with or without them?
If the content is good, or for a game I love, I'll buy it regardless of whether chievos are included
I'll still buy and play the downloadable content, but achievements would be nice.
Who the hell cares!?
No achievements, no sale ... and that goes for any game ... whether you're GTA or Halo!
Just stop with the DLC achievements full stop ... you're ruining my completion percentage dammit!
