Free Xbox Live for Grand Theft Auto IV Written Tuesday, February 10, 2009 by Jeff Lao Microsoft has announced that Xbox Live will be free between February 17th and February 22nd, when playing either GTA IV or the new and upcoming DLC, The Lost and Damned. No Gold accounts are necessary to join in on the fun, so take full advantage of this if you or friends don't have a gold subscription. Enjoy the five days of free Xbox Live on GTA IV! | |

COD4 has hit 11 million (unique users total, not at once) thats the same as as many ppl playing WoW. MS doesn't need to try and lure ppl into Live. |

But I bet the people who totally hated it, never gave it much of a chance. Public Free Mode games with friends is an amazing experience, and one I can't get on any other Live game. And it is also Rockstar Games' first step into online multiplayer, so expect bigger things in the future. |
