Agree completely. A shotgun cant be silenced, thats just stupid and defeats the object of a shotgun. The object being shock and awe ;) |

Silenced shotgun eh? I hope it makes the same sound effect as the shotgun that Javier Bardem's character, Anton Chigurh, used in the 2007 film No Country for Old Men. There is something about that shotgun sound that's just odd but very interesting. |

Wouldn't a suppressor severely weaken a shotgun? Just the way buck works. Not that crossbows aren't awesome, but how can it compete with rocket launchers and sniper rifles?
idk if this is worth paying more than a few bucks for, because the multiplayer's greatest thing is the map editor. |

the game sold very poorly
partly because gow2 and cod5 came out then.
i loved fc1 but fc2
had very few mp maps included
enemies and mates look very similar and are hard to see in the environment - rralistic maybe but not fun
diamond system sux
slow movement
laggy on mp
overall disapointing
extra maps so soon is a sign of desperation to try and renew interest in a dwindling title.
none of my friends list play it and 20 of us were fc1 regulars. |

Maybe instead of releasing DLC(Why maps, we sit here and make them all day?) they should fix a few of the bugs/glitches they have with singleplayer and multiplayer, and possibly make a better lobby system...but I take it that won't be happening so w/e. Getting rid of this game soon anyways. |

Wow... pulling a page out of EA's book here. Don't fix the problems, instead release DLC and charge us for it while pretending there's no problems. I stopped playing this game a week after I got it due to all the problems, guess I wont be picking it up again any time soon. |

And yes it is possible to silence a shotgun the isreali special forces use them!! and yes thats a real 1 in no country for old men which like this game is awesome!! |

In No Country For Old Men, Anton didn't have a silenced Shotgun. He had what is called a captive bolt pistol, which is used to stun cattle. Not even close to being the same thing. |

He had both. He used the bolt gun to open locks. The shotgun was what he used except for times when he wanted to kill someone in the open without raising suspicion. Any other time he was using a shotgun. The bolt gun isn't to stun cattle, it's to shoot them in the brain and kill them. Essentially created to eliminate the need to keep buying bullets. |

I just got this game for $30 new on eBay! It's a good game, a definite improvement over the first one in many ways! I wonder when they'll toss some new achievements our way or if we'll have to wait a bit for those. |

DLC huh? How about fixing the issue with the game before adding to it?
First on the fix list, weapon damage. As it stands now, I can't enjoy this mess. A quarter of a clip to kill a man in a tank top or nothing at all, to make it more of an insult, is so mind-boggling bad that I can't express my annoyance enough.
Oh and when they finally acknowledge that more fixes are needed, add the annoyingly fake check point re-spawns issue. Anyhow until then, this game is a burden to play and a paper weight in my collection. |

How about Instead of Ubisoft working to make more money on DLC how about they go back to Far Cry 2 and fix all the game saving glitches and bugs that oh may discourage people from picking up the game in the first place... Just an idea Ubisoft how about looking out for your product for a change maybe you would sell more copies this way before all the gamers in here send u on a feedback loop |
