Rock Band 2 Free DLC Announced Written Wednesday, October 22, 2008 by Dan Webb Harmonix today revealed (via IGN) the 20 free bonus songs that will soon be available for all Rock Band 2 owners. You can't really complain about free, but chances are, they won't wow you or you'll not even know half of them ... I've literally only heard of 2 of the bands. Anyway, free is free ... I suppose *shrugs* The tracks are available for download on November 4th. To receive; take the code on the back of your instruction manual and head on over to register.rockband.com and insert everything it asks for, then just wait for the e-mail. Without further ado, the songs are as follows:

I'm thinking Impulse by Endless Sporadic, I Get By by Honest Bob and The Factory-to-Dealers Incentive, and Less Talk More Rokk by Freezepop. I am more than willing to accept bands I do not know. I know of a few on here anyways. I'm glad Between the Buried and Me is on here because Paul Waggoner is awesome. |

The only song I didn't preview was Thenewno2 - "Crazy Tuesday." Just couldn't find it on that site, nor a preview anywhere else. But before I'm off track too much, these are not impressive, even for free. |
