#32, you are so very wrong. Just because one industry uses a term for one thing does not mean that another one will. Gold just means that the date is set and there won't be a delay for whatever reason.

To anyone still confused about the meaning of "going gold"
IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE MUSIC INDUSTRY.

Going gold means this gold master is made. Meaning, the game is done and any further changes will be done via patches. |

and to #52 yes, I could agree with you... but it wasn't bad and it was pretty fun to play. Anyway glad the gameplay is changed in Gears 2 that is more likely tatical shooting and teamwork. |
