The HUD can be turned off I believe, it's an option choice, and if you choose to leave it on, it disappears when you havent done anything in a while like RE4 |

WOOHOO I love me some RE5. The gameplay for RE4 (Gamecube and PS2 versions) was amazing. I have the Wii edition which is fun, but it's just too damn awkward with the aim and movement. |

@18, it isn't showing you where you're going, it shows ammo and health, two things you do have to know in a survival game.
I agree that it doesnt look right though, it's too flashy and clean for such a gritty game. |

I will be sat outside my Game store half an hour before it opens to grab it and 2 weeks before hand i will complete all of the Resident Evil games i have got 0,1,2,3,CV and 4 before i get this as it is a simply must have for me if i don't have the money by the time it's released all games traded in FTW! |

This game is going to be more than epic, more than game of the year. Its gonna blow peoples minds like they never imagined. The second i finished 4 i was pineing for 5 like you wouldn't believe. Worth the wait tho, ensures it'll live up to what we all want from it. |

ps- you know how you switch perspectives throughout all the other games, i wonder if there will be more playable characters besides chris and shev as the story progressives.
Apparently the first half of the game is based on action, while the ending is promised to be very scary |
