zunes are just ipod ripoffs, why not get the real thing for better sound quality (especially apple lossless), better battery life, a proper warranty and $30 less for the same storage. hell, I paid less for my 16gb iphone...micro$oft fails again! |

I kind of wanted a Zune, but I think I'll go the traditional route. That's a $40 premium for a Gears logo. I'd rather spend the extra cash on that replica Lancer. |

Actually, I've had both a Zune and an iPod, and I gotta tell you, the Zune is just easier in general. The only software you're able to use to get anything on to the device is the Zune software, but it doesn't matter, because the Zune software makes it really simple to add songs and videos to it; it's basically just drag and drop. Whereas with the iPod, you have to do a lot of converting. I used to think that the extra features, like wireless functionality, made this a bad iPod ripoff with some added features... but no. This device is better.
@ #9: You paid less for a 16GB device than you did for a 120GB device? My God. You must be infallible when it comes to sales. |

Yeah, I have a brown Zune from when they went on sale at Buy.com for $100. Hasn't failed me once. I won't shell out the extra dough to buy a Gears edition that's four times its size, but it's good to know that it's out there in case someone on the subway ever jacks mine. |

i hate i pods and have been wanting to buy a zune for the longest time.. im definetly getting this 120 gigs and GoW its awesome! the zune program is a lot better then i tunes too cuz u wont lose your playlist if something happens to your computer.. definetly getting this though for sure! |

Zen's fine, but I like my Archos more than any other player I've ever owned. (For the record, my iPod is the worst.) Never owned a Zune, but if I ever got the itch for another PMP I'd try it out. |

Maybe not worth the extra dough, but regular ZUNES are soooo much better than iPods and they don't freeze up or malfunction like the iPods. |

Never had any problems with my Zune and had it since day one. Never freezes, easly can find what I want, and survied some nasty drops in the warehouse. It has only gotten better with the latest software updates too. |

Damn I just shelled out for a Zune recently and now they announce THIS?!?!?! God, I want this one so bad.
Zune's are pretty good. I like the fact that I have lots of storage space for the same price as and iPod with even less. Screen size is decent so I don't need an iPod touch for screen space. Music never lags on me and neither does the video. |

I dropped my 30GB Zune recently, cracking the screen. I decided just to get the new 120GB Zune for the sexier look and touch pad. I might've actually bought this if it hadn't been for the fact that I like some of the other custom artwork for the zune that they have better (not to mention you can get an inscription on the back). |

Wow I really want this
I currently have an 80 but there's a pretty big annoying crack in it. This would be definitely be cool and be something to show off.
And those people who will say "get an ipod":
-I had an ipod (3 if you count broken ones)
-I want something different that will make me stand out
-Its good to support Microsoft (they give us the 360 and therefore this site)
-The zune is much better for finding new music (mixview)
-the zune pass gives me unlimited music legally
-I want a lot of music and videos for trips
-I can link my computer to my 360 via internet and play all music and videos without using a usb cable
and last but not least
it has Hexic!!!! Because you know, Hexic is obviously everyone's favorite XBLA game :P |

Had the 80gb zune for about 2 weeks and got rid of it. The software was absolute garbage. It felt like it was created by a bunch of chimps. Not user friendly at all. |

I think this Zune is pretty sick and probably has some badass gears vids on it, but for $279.99 i really dont think its worth it.
