If MS is all over modders, glitchers, and people who use turbo controllers because it ruin the sanctity of the almighty achievement points, then what are they going to do about this?
if this glitch was intentional, then it "gave" away those few extra achievement points and MS should go after the company the same way they'd go after gamers. |

| I am losing my appreciation for Lionhead Studios. We are now paying the price for their lack of thouroughness. They have this little thing you may have heard of before, called GAME TESTERS. We played the game as it was provided, and now were the ones that did the wrong thing? Developers are relying on patches to get their product out as fast as possible, instead of taking their time to make sure their product is how they want it. I myself used the "glitch" if thats what you choose to call it. I prefer to say I used their fuck up instead of a glitch, because thats what it is. However, I do now feel bad for the people who made tons of money legit, and now will have their place on the leaderboard reset, even though the leaderboard was of course junk do to this. Glitches exist in big title games, it happens.
People also discussed how the testers missed it, yada yada, big deal. Mistakes happen, he/nor the company can punish us for exploiting "their" mistakes. If they did, that's when complaints can be made. Changing the leaderboard, although extreme is semi fair, thing of those who actually played the game with no cheating involved, they deserve more credit then those of us who did. |

| I agree with #2 they reset too many leaderboards on games now. If the company f'ed up then they need to eat it not the people who figured it out. Maybe they have the wrong people working for them and they need people like us. Ill tell you right now there is almost no one that made all their money legitly. Anyone and everyone i talked to on live was using that glich. |

| Who cares about leaderboards? Really .. they just show who plays a single game too much or who cheats. If you really play that much and were way up there then it shouldn't be too hard to stay there now should it? |

| *Shrugs* Never cared about leaderboards anyway. Still, it's majorly uncool to say the glitch was intentional, then have a patch for it later on. I hear these developers can only have one free patch for a game, and next time they have to pay a large sum (which is why Monster Madness still has a lot of suckiness with it--they patched a little and didn't want to pay to fix the rest) to fix it up. If it was intentional, I don't think they would waste a free patch. |

| @22: DAMN IT! Why didn't I think of that!? After I heard about the glitch I was going to try it on a separate account (not my main one), but it asked to update the game when I turned it on. Now i'm sure it was patched and I won't be able to find out if I could've made a shitload of gold. :( |

| So this is an easy work around. First merge and start you glitched char. then with a trusted friend give said friend you millions. Log back in with an un glitch fresh char and have the money transfered back. Loads of cash and an un glitched char. Problem solved. |

| maybe the patch was to transfer the 'punishment' to your character. it made sense that cheating is bad so your character may start with evil points or people taunting you for cheating. maybe the glitch was or wasn't intentional and they brainstormed the idea to 'surprise' players when they started. |

| The way I see it I got cheated out of the best part of £8 for a title as endearing and interactive as a corpse. My only (limited) enjoyment of the game came from exploiting the glitch - it meant that I could forget about playing it ever again a lot quicker. |

| yea i got on fable 2 pub games yesterday to check my rank in weekly fortunes tower and weekly all games (i was rank 15 in all games and rank 12 in fortunes from the fortunes tower glitch) and i noticed i wasnt even ranked anymore LOL...Damn Lionhead!! XD |
