Charlie Murder Resurfaces With a New Australian Rating

Originally announced back in 2010, Ska Studios' Charlie Murder looks like it could be heading to the Xbox Live Arcade sooner rather than later if a new Australian Classification created yesterday is any kind of an indication.

Very little has been revealed about Charlie Murder thus far, beyond the initial announcement and a blurb on the developer's official site, describing Ska's follow-up to The Dishwasher: Undead Samurai and The Diswasher: Vampire Smile.

"Fallen punk rock idols Charlie Murder must face off against rival death metal band Gore Quaffer and their army of the damned in an RPG brawler hybrid inspired in equal parts by coin-op beat ‘em ups and dungeon crawlers," the description reads.

Hopefully, this Australian rating means that Ska and Microsoft Studios could be looking to show more of Charlie Murder for XBLA soon. We'll keep our eyes peeled.

[Thanks, Aaron]

  • Indeed, wimps and poseurs leave the hall.
  • I love Silva's art so much.
  • wish the ticks would be placed vice versa
  • Jame Silva/Ska Studios is a one trick pony. This won't be any different from the Dishwasher games. Boring.
  • Sex and Nudity none? Shame... Oh well still I want cause it's got plenty of violence!
  • Who says Punk is dead?
  • Why do our good Aussie friends always get screwed with some games? Not fair for them I learned that first hand cause I live there about 3 months of every year
