| A lot of good deals, but nothing in interested in. I'd recommend getting the disc version of The Walking Dead. Downloadable one was nearly unplayable for me. Try episode 1 for free and see if it works before buying them all. Being how short it is, you could always use a free redbox rental and knock it out in an afternoon. |

Third parties make hard drives up to, like, 250 and 320, and sell them for less than $100, and that rings true for both slim and standard Xbox systems. Still so, even my R2D2 Xbox is filling up fast after that last sale. lol
The Skyrim DLC, finally! I wish it were on more of a discount, but I'll live with that. Also glad that the Walking Dead game is going on (full) sale again. I got it but never played it, and my brother missed the sale but loves the demo, so I'm glad he has a chance to get it. Other than that, this sale is not as bountiful as the last blowout was, but it will do just fine. |

Hold off further until the console is fully detailed. It's all based on rumors, but it is looking extremely unlikely that the new Xbox will feature back compat... which is why I will probably not get it.

Again, it's all rumor-based, and I try to ignore rumors because I'm tired of conflicting information. But, basically, the big advantage that Microsoft would gain from eliminating backward compatibility would be that everybody would have to buy new games as opposed to sticking to their old guns, and that there would be no challengers to that model, since the PS4, from what I've read, has already confirmed that backward compatibility has been totally eliminated from their model.
I think it would be tremendously smart for them to keep back compat, and I would LOVE if they'd keep it, I hope they do... but, it's possible that they won't. |

This time, I won't buy the points before I'm able to check on the marketplace that the Skyrim DLCs are discounted.
I'll probably also get Walking Dead 2-5 (I bought the first long ago), as I missed the xmas discount about it (they planned to release a disc version also in Europe but it'll take months or years to see the disc version under 9.99 so digital one seems the best choice). |

| @104 I think JC2 is worth it for 30 used at gamestop, so a resounding yes to your question. Just cause 2 is a game that still keeps me putting it back in the tray to mess around with even after a few hundred hours, and certainly all the cheevos. The story sucks but the gameplay, mechanics, and graphics make it a very fun game to play. |

Anyway, I heard there was going to be April 1st deals. Would be cool if they're just ridiculously cheap to play off the "April Fools" spirit. So cheap, they can't be real!
I'll probably pick up the Max Payne 3 Season Pass and Resident Evil 6's DLC. I'm planning on playing both someday. Otherwise, I own pretty much everything else on there achievement-related. |

Only things I'm really interested in are Case West and the RE6 DLC.
Kinda want the ORC DLC too, but I'm on the fence about it. There's also the SSF4AE upgrade, which is actually a decent price at 600 msp, but it really just boils down to $7.50 for 4 characters I really have no intent on using, just to have the 'complete' game.
Have Dead Rising 2, Case Zero, Shattered Dimensions, L.A. Noire+DLC, and The Walking Dead. The rest I don't really want OR is still pricey for me to spend on a DOWNLOAD. |

I'm just happy with the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim being half off.
With the money I'm saving I can finally buy the last/other 4 episodes of Walking Dead (I picked up the first episode the last time it was free).

All of these sales are ace, especially for people who were on the fence about trying them out. Unless you are waiting/saving for GOTY editions, Skyrim and LA Noire are excellent buys.
