I loved the original Resident Evil games and their styles the new ones are alright but lost some of the resident evil feel for me. Code VX is a steal for that price if you don't already have it and want to take a trip to the awesome Resident Evil past ;)
P.S. I want HD Versions of Resident Evil Reborn, Resident Evil 2 + 3 please and Zero was pretty good although did not like how the chests did not link (a lot of traveling to transport items lol) :D |

RE6 is $20 new at Gamestop and I think Amazon, so that's not much of a sale, but good for anyone who is lazy/hates Gamestop or something.
ORC is also on sale at Gamefly for $8 or something. I got it from there for $7.
RE CVX is not my favorite RE at all, but at $5, that's a steal. And RE4 for $10.
RE6 is great, and I say this as a fan of the series from the beginning. Obviously it's not for people set in their ways that don't like/want actiony RE games, but I loved it. Mercenaries is a blast, specifically with a friend if you have one with the game. I haven't bought or played the DLC modes, but I can only imagine they'd be fun to play with friends as well.
Unfortunately, I already own all of these (though RE4 & RECVX are on other systems), so nothing for me today (again), but still a great deal.
@#6 - Almost positive Nintendo has exclusivity over REmake and RE0. REmake has Gamecubes in it, replacing the original MO Disk things. I don't know when/if that deal ends.
@#13 - If #2 doesn't like RE, I would imagine they mean the older ones. RE6 is perfect for people not that into older RE games, since it's more of an action game. RE4 is inbetween the two types, but enough like the older ones I could see someone who mostly likes RE5/6 not liking it. |

Nice deals, I have Resi 4 and 5 already. I do find it odd though that ORC is more expensive than Resi 6, I'd have thought Resi 6 would be the most expensive one. That said, I'm definitely getting CVX, might invest in Resi 6 and Raccoon City. I have CVX on the gamecube but didn't get around to finishing it.

New games come with the code which is valid. An GoD games have muliplayer unlocked as if you've bought the game "new" |

| About to get RE:CV started playing it on the dreamcast but never got round to finishing it. £4.49 cash or 520 MSP, I got 2100 points for 15.30, so 520 points cost me £3.79 so my advice is to press X and pay with points unless you paid more than £18 for 2100 points. |

Finally this is a deal! after so many missed deals in Mexico (because of the "check availability in other regions" thingy), we've a fair deal, it's $199.00 pesos here which is lower than the $19.99 USD, it's even cheaper than in Amazon or other retailers for us, so this is a no-brainer (if you like the series)
Maybe it's because the X360 is in the end of it's lifetime, but I hope the new XBox have fair deals for every region from now on |

@58 no, I bought it during the last sale and it's all in english.
I'm a Resident Evil fan, but RE6 really strayed far from the survival horror genre. I'd do some research before picking it up if you are expecting it to be like RE4 and RE5.
With that said, 4 and 5 are well worth the price and were excellent, I give the slight edge to 4 but the co-op in 5 was a lot of fun.
Code Veronica has that dated feel to it and the pivot style turn then walk control scheme which may turn people away unless they grew up with RE games. |

Resident Evil's have become a joke. Capcom has completely ruined everything that was fun about the franchise. The peak of the roller coaster was RE4. It's been all down hill since. | im on my pc. also, does anyone know whether code veronica will work on a japanese console? i'll be buying the game from the australian xbl. i know the pal games on demand version ninja gaiden black doesn't work on japanese machines. can anyone tell me whether or not code veronica will work? |

Already have CV, 4 and 5 (though the 5 wasn't very good for me, a good co-op action game, but a bad Resident Evil).
And I don't want RE6, even at 15 bucks xD
So for now, three days and nothing interesting yet for me. |

The really horrible one is Black Ops II, it's 10 bucks cheaper on Amazon (disc version), others aren't that bad though COD2-3 are like 5-7 years old and should not cost more than 2.99.
Anyway, the "themed" days can't be really good, as you always get some new games and some old games.
The last one which will mix the remaining games might be better, but don't have high expectations. |
