This Week's UK Top 20 Xbox 360 Charts

An interesting chart this week for once, with Crysis 3 and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance battling it out for the top spot.

And who was our winner? It was Crysis 3, Crytek’s nanosuited and booted shooter. According to MCV, it was pretty close too, with just 5,500 copies between them.

Aliens: Colonial Marines, however, retains the biggest launch week sales record for 2013. It has already started plummeting down the charts though, falling beneath not just Crysis 3 and Metal Gear Rising, but also FIFA 13 and Black Ops II too.

That’s thanks to a whopping 84 per cent sales dip, week on week. We refer you to our comments last week.

Love how the game with the least online interactivity, least social media bs, no microtransactions, no online pass, or any other crap, is acres ahead of anything else for chart time.

how is skyrim still here honestly its not that good but it is nice to see dead space 3 halo 4 and crysis 3 are there along with a couple of lego games

@13: I know, right? Not about the quality but the time on the chart. Surely it would have reached a saturation point a long time ago? It's not like they released any special editions of it.

MGR: R is better game then Crysis 3 but I knew Crysis 3 will be top selling until Tomb Raider, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 or Gears of War: Judgement to takedown Crysis 3 for top chart selling and give EA crying. :)

Black ops 2 in hindsight is a big fat failure, got the hardened for xmas and the season pass and im so bored of it I cant muster any fuck to play it anymore, gone back to mw2 and absolutely loving it!! Crysis 3 is also superb loving the MP

@ 13 and 14

Skyrim has had a really good dlc schedule, with great dlc content. They are great dlc/expansions to an already gihugic game.

On the other end of the spectrum is BL2. If BL2 had a better dlc schedule, with longer/better dlc (and a lvl cap bump earlier), I would be playing BL2 still. I lost interest though, poor post-release support.

Sucks that Black ops 2 dropped so much... Was an amazing game. In other news, I can't wait to buy dead space 3!!! (Just waiting to finish dead space 2) :D and ill only be doing that once I've finished afro samurai on hard (not fun). Sorry for the extremely long and unnecessary comment, its my first, but I've been reading this site for years now. :D
