GRID 2 North American Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

The UK isn't the only territory getting special treatment when it comes to GRID 2 pre-orders, as North America is also getting its own set of pre-order incentives, at several selected retailers.

GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon are all offering their very own DLC packs with a GRID 2 pre-order, and they're all listed below. Check 'em out:

Gamers who pre-order at GameStop can choose the GRID 2: Turbo-Charged Edition

  • McLaren Racing Pack: Receive the exclusive McLaren MP4-12C GT3 Special Edition car to race in single-player, multiplayer and a special online event; plus expand the game with two new routes around the Brands Hatch GP circuit.

  • GTR Racing Pack: Receive the exclusive Nissan GT-R SpecV road car to race in single-player, multiplayer and an exclusive online event; plus experience all five routes around the Yas Marina circuit by day.

Gamers who pre-order at Best Buy can choose the GRID 2: IndyCar Edition

  • IndyCar Pack: Receive the exclusive Dallara IndyCar and the IndyCar Pace car to race in single-player, multiplayer and an exclusive online event; plus expand the game with two new routes around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Oval Circuit.

Gamers who pre-order at Amazon can choose the GRID 2: Head Start Edition

  • Head Start Pack: Receive the exclusive Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 GT car to race in single-player, multiplayer and enjoy discounts in the Car Upgrades Store in online game modes and a unique RaceNet bonus.

GRID 2 is out on May 28th in North America and May 31st in Europe.

Will Yas Island be avalible in the full game? Or only pre-order bonus? It would suck if I can't race there on launch.

@5 yes Yas Marina circuit is in the game. With the preorder you get to drive the tracks during the day instead of just at night.

As for me this is a tuff decision on where to preorder. Would much rather have the extra indy tracks, but with gamestop you get 2 packs instead of one. Wonder if this packs will b 1st day dlc for people who didn't buy them.

Being in the UK and seeing all of this is almost irrelevant to me because regardless of the Pre-order content i'll be missing out on, I'll only end up buying it from the marketplace anyway for whatever price it ends up.

This is just one of only two games (with GTA V) that I am totally banked on.

GTA's delay plays into my hands with this game, heheueueueuehehehehe

@11. I'm pretty sure this will receive a rating 9 or above. Apparently you should go read their review of Grid 1. Go see how high of a rating the original received before they became a part of the sequel. Being bias won't change the fact this is a good game.

Are we going to be able to get the other dlcs as downloads thought for points?Thats what i really want to know because i want it all & if its like past dlc & its only for pre orders im gonna have to pre order all 3 so would be nice to know
