Castle Crashers and Alien Hominid Crossover

If you're planning on picking up Castle Crashers next month (August 27) and were a big fan of developer/publisher The Behemoth's other XBLA release Alien Hominid, here is something for you. Anyone who has or will download AH will be getting that cute, rabid little alien as a playable character in Castle Crashers. The game will recognize its sister-title on your hard drive and immediately unlock the character when you first play.

aw dammit, when i saw the title i thought it was a new alien hominid game coming out, but seeing that this is from the makers on AH i will definately pick this up

I've just read about this game and seen videos and it looks a lot like Alien Hominid HD, which means only one thing...Instant Buy... I'll be getting this when it is released. God damn, I'm actually buying Arcade Games now, first Switchball, next N+ and Retro Evolved 2 and then this....

I own Alien Hominid, but I can't play it because my system got the RROD and I returned it with my store warrenty. Unknowingly screwing myself out of 20+ games and $200 due to the fact that I can't play them offline now. (I Don't have Broadband). I tried to re-license them, but I need my old console ID number (Impossible to get because EB Games does not keep records, nor did they inform me that I need to write it down), and I also don't have my console serial either now (See above for reason). Will I still get the new character? I have AH on my HD, full version, but it only shows me trial.

Anybody know of this actually happening? I would like Alien Hominid, especially now, but I think 800 MSP is a little much.
