New week, new UK retail chart and it's back to business as usual after DmC: Devil May Cry's temporary intrusion.

The contentious Ninja Theory action reboot has slipped from its debut position at number one last week, all the way down to fifth. It has been overtaken by Black Ops II, FIFA 13, Far Cry 3 and Skyrim - four games that have been bothering the chart for weeks, and in some cases months.

DmC's success, it seems, was a flash in the pan. It's still a great game though.

What do the hyphens denote?

Interesting to still see Lego batman 2 up there. And as @2 said, Skyrim still hanging around is a surprise.

You can't really be surprised to see certain multiplayer series up there, I think it's great to see a quality singleplayer game such as Skyrim still selling a shitton though.

I might get thumbs down but i don't care.the only reason cod is always on top because of it name CALL OF DUTY that all kid play.i play it but it does get boring at some times then i play something else.even another one came out that said CALL OF DUTY BROKE BACK MOUNTAIN RETURN I'm sure people will be at midnight launch lol.

Fucks sake, its the same discussion every week.
COD SELLS.
it's a great multi player game which anyone can get into, its great to play as a team and its A LOT better and the controls are more realistic compared to others of the same genre

FPS has got to be the most popular genre.

and yes it might seem every year its the same.
with new guns & Maps

BECAUSE IF IT ISNT BROKE DONT FIX IT
if you enjoy that game going through the prestiges is fun.

i bought it at midnight release but barely play it a.t.m why?
BECAUSE I HAVE OTHER GAMES TO PLAY ALSO

so dont cry about COD Being in the charts. go play something else.

I urge all of you to have a go at medal of honour warfighter. I got the game thinking that it would be an ok game but man was I wrong. It's the most underrated game EVER. The campaign is superb with real life mission that the American soldiers had to do and you get to go to dubai and in that mission you drive around the city on the motorway then shit happens. Then get caught in a sandstorm it's such an amazing mission and also online is great and fun. Well worth my £15
