| I would seriously recommed getting the Steam version over this as CS feels completely off with a controller and it makes it very floaty to control compared to playing on a PC |

| To above i think all the great Mp games like Counterstrike or my personal favorite then Day Of Defeat where realy fun and awesome on PC and then i mean before Steam came and those games where still made by gamers for gamers and also in beta stages. The Xbox360 as much i enjoy it just not seem to suit for these kinda games or its just the nostalgic feeling to play these with a mouse and keyboard. Anyways i did gave Counterstrike Go a go and it wasn,t bad but somehow its not the Counterstrike i used to love so much anymore and it feels more like a generic FPS MP game now. But for those intrested its still a nice deal, not sure how much gamers actualy still playing this atm,as with most of these kinda games on xbox it seems ppl boost them quikly and then never play them again. |

| I tried the trial version and didn't think much of it tbh. I'm guessing a lot of the appeal it has to PC gamers was lost in the translation over to the 360 |

| Really good game, best arcade multiplayer. Great deal. Worth full price so for half it's a steal. For people whining about the achievements, they are just a grind... so don't bother getting them if you don't like grinding. Simple. |

I love this game and still play it occasionally. Hopefully this deal spikes the player base, I recommend the trial. This is blatantly not going below 600MSP so if you want it, I'd say get it now if you like it.

I gave this a whirl in the trial, but wasn't a big fan of it tbh, I might like the pc version better, maybe if I gave it more of a go, I'd enjoy it more, but I think I'll pass on this one. |

I to played long before those even existed and sometimes games gaveyou ingame rewards for finishing it. Sometimes i think achievements kinda ruined gaming or not..you can fill in yours. |

@17 I paid full price on release, game is shit nuff said. Playing for fun? I do that hence why ive played MC the last week. I dont buy games without achievements because the indie market on the 360 is piss poor + i got everything i want from them.
@16 Fun that you are enjoying the game i dont even need to come up with a comeback after seeing that, life is what it is, a game that i havent touched for months have no impact on it.

Games that i really want to play i buy without looking at the achievement list. but if there are games that i have my doubts about or in some cases games that i would have never bought i look at the achievement list. and if it looks ok im giving it a try.
imo i have played alot more games then i would have if achievements didnt exist. In my eyes it extends the amount of fun.
If this game had easy achievements i would pass either way cause its not my kind of game :3 |

| This game was awesome back when it came out. Even all the updates in this version were not enough to bring it back to its glory. I played trial for 30mins and can honestly say while I loved it ages ago, that's where it should have stayed. Even if it was free, I would not put anymore time in it. |

I think, and hope, most people don't just check the achievements to buy and play games, but rather just try to get the achievements once they finished the game to extend their play time. |

| Game does seem like it has potential to get repetitive, but I bought it anyway. Found it odd that I was ranked first in the room on my first match, so for that reason alone is why I got it. P.S. I like achievements because it gives me more to do when I finished the game and instead of putting it away I will mop up and do a 2nd or even start a third play through just because of achievements but that's just me. |

People bitching about an awesome deal for an awesome game, yet again.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is my multiplayer shooter of the year, personally, but if people are too blind/idiotic to even give it a chance before comparing it to past games in the series, then that's their loss, and I'm sure people probably wouldn't want to play with them anyway. Go back to Madden.

Oh, and if you're seriously moaning about the Achievements, and how "shit" they are, get a flippin' grip - it's a multiplayer game; they can hardly do a whole lot creatively with Achievements when all you're doing is killing people on the other team with nothing to link it all together beyond picking which side you're going to play for.

Achievements that take longer than 40 hours of pure grinding are @ss, period. Its not in the 'spirit' of the game, its just stupid. Gamers need to stand up and just not buy games with stupid long grindy or boosty achievements. If you are not having fun anymore, than its flawed achievement design, strait up. Every game should be completeable, WITHOUT hundreds of hours of boosting !!!!!11!! :( |
