I really, really, really hope this game doesn't suck. If they make the single player an enjoyable, lengthy and challenging experience they will be halfway there. How they balance the MP and keep it fun ( unlike AvP) is a bigger challenge. Good luck to em, and I pray they pull it off.

| The thing is, it's set on LV426 after the end of Aliens. The atmosphere processor exploded in a thermo nuclear blast. How can anything of the colony still be there? And how can anyone walk around the place not in a lead suit? |

@#10 - I've been asking that question for months and I usually get one guy who like:
"Hey, yeah!" and agrees with me right away, and everyone else posts that I need to "suspend my disbelief" or some other similar nonsense.
Because what they are really asking me to do is lower my standards.
Any Aliens fan worth his/her salt knows that Hadley's Hope is a radiation-saturated crater. It cannot be the setting for anything after the film.
This game seems like yet another half-assed attempt to resurrect the franchise by co-opting people's love of what came before and kinda shitting all over it.
If I can't allow that bubbling cauldron of feces, Prometheus, into canon, I'm certainly not going to accept this game. |
