"- Fixed a bug where multiple copies of heralds or paper boys could be spawned at the same spot - Fixed a bug where printer shops icons could appear on the map even if the player is not notorious - Fixed a bug where the player could fall through the map if he went through a city gate on horseback while in conflict." Okay, seriously, how were things like this not discovered before the game was published? These seem like they'd be fairly common scenarios in the game that, y'know, would be caught by someone actually play-testing the fucking thing? |

| If the “ENCYCLOPEDIA OF THE COMMON MAN” is true, after the update it should automaticly give me the achievement for it then and not start a whole new game. Ubisoft, you make such good games but your way to solve achievement gliches always ends up doing the game over. |

I must have been really lucky because the only glitch that I noticed which seemed to happen quite often is the guards/citizens would just randomly disappear like right in front of me as i'm walking with them in a crowd or something. but besides that i'm very thankful I didn't have any other issues. I want some Single player DLC though, because ever since I beat the game I have not had the urge to play it. and it's too good of a game to be a shelf game. |

The MP is a blast with a group of people that understand the concept of the game. STEALTH. It's so fun when you are stalking someone who is stalking someone else and not running around the rooftops like a jackass ruining the experience. I see they mention the Boston Brawlers here, the problem wasn't that we didn't know to go back to Boston it's that no one remembered where the tournament was? I had to youtube it just to start that mission. All they needed was to add an icon for it. |

Now when's that DLC coming out. |

I just back home from see my dad and log in here and read here. I felt like "OH GOSH!!!" load of bugs is fixed for that game which is great. I put this game hold because I can not stand AC III's buggy so glad see Ubisoft support and get fixes. Look forward to carry on this game once I done other games like LEGO Lord of the Rings and Sleeping Dogs's first story DLC. Surprise Far Cry 3 with less bugs and AC III came with load of bugs. Seem like Ubisoft is forced on Far Cry 3 way more than they did with AC III. Unlucky for Ubisoft when they in developing for AC III and yeah Ubisoft testers didn't check up very well before game released unlike testers did well with Far Cry 3 (Co-op mode is only buggy in FC 3). AC III is one of great games in 2012. Far Cry 3 is one of best games in 2012. So Far Cry 3, The Walking Dead, Dishonored, Mass Effect 3 and Halo 4 is my one of nominations for Game of the Year 2012. I will confirm who wins after christmas. Lol :):) #2 Hmmm, why comment like that. Are you tried drove people annoyed? I think so. Lol |

@51 you're kidding right? this game was horrible compared to the previous. this patch is 1 of 3 that were just as large and the game has been out a month and a half. they gave us a new character with the personality of a rock and that tries extra hard to make himself unlikable. a game where you don't get to play as that main character until you are at the halfway point in the game. the games ending is worse than Mass Effect 3's ending, and yes while this WAS a great franchise, this game ruined everything that was built up and worked towards. see i didn't even complain about the MP, you only need to play for 4 hours and never touch it again after getting the achievements, the SP had enough of it's own problems. |

| @53 You should actually be grateful that Ubisoft are fixing the game (I actually came across 1 or 2 bugs which weren't game breaking). Expect glitches in an open world game, it's quite funny how Assassin's Creed 3 has been complained at by the community whereas with games like Skyrim (which was filled with bugs and still is) gets praise for it. Assassin's Creed is still a fantastic franchise in my opinion, I wasn't disappointed with Assassin's Creed 3 at all. |

@55/56 I have in no way defended Skyrim and it's bugs. The new DLC froze on me every 10 minutes after autosaving. I can't wait until the last DLC comes out so I can finish up and sell it. I actually started playing it a year after its release and it was still riddled with bugs. This year has been one of the most disappointing games I have ever seen. Between bugs and rushing to get games out for a deadline and making the consumer be the one to test their games and suffer it has been ridiculous. Mass Effect 3 - Stat erasing glitch, imports not working, and a shitty ending Borderlands 2 - minor bugs, freezing, and stat erasing glitch Darksiders 2 - countless game breaking bugs and freezing Assassin's Creed 3 - shitty ending, countless bugs gamebreaking and minor, gameplay and control changes that were shit I think the only game I played this year that I didn't notice any glitches on and didn't see complaints of was Dishonored (and no I am not one of those people that think the game was perfect and GOTY, I did enjoy it but it was overhyped). Saying a game will have glitches to defend it is becoming old and boring and unacceptable. No, games should not have glitches to the extent these games have had. That is why they pay companies to test their games. My girlfriends brother tested on BL2 and I heard countless stories of their shitty working conditions and just the fact they ignored bug reports and kept them in. I am not paying $60 to test their game for them. Ubisoft is no different. You can't tell me they didn't notice half this shit before they shipped the game. It was all about them setting a deadline prematurely to hit before the holidays and they didn't care what state the game was in to make that deadline and get their money. Complain, complain, complain is all you hear from me...that's great, I feel I have the right to complain when they ship an unfinished product I paid full price for. If you want to take it up the ass and thank them for it that's your choice, not mine. I want games that work. |

First off, games companies are not making money hand over fist. In a lot of cases, they are rushing these games out to try to keep from going under so in a way I can't blame them. However, we certainly have a right to expect the game to work when we pay full price for it. I take the stance that I am happy that they work as hard as they do in making games for me to enjoy. I love that they keep working on patches and DLC after the game releases. I think people take that for granted a little sometimes. It frustrates me too but but I prefer how gaming is now to how it was during the 'Nintendo 64' days when there were just a few good games released each year. I think that the best way to "Protest" this trend of being bugged and/or broken launch day games - IF you feel the need - is to start waiting a few months after releases for the bugs to work out and for the pre-order DLC to be available on the marketplace and for the season passes to be discounted. |

Can we get a fix for the Boston UFO frontiersmen mission. I talked to the guy in the tavern...had to turn off my system because it was getting late. Now loading up my game, I can no longer talk to the guy in the tavern, but the mission is in my log book. However there is on icon on my map for the UFO and when I travel to the area and tree it's supposed to be in there's nothing there. So now I'm stuck and cannot complete another frontiersmen mission until this is resolved. |

I agree with #59, 2012 has been fairly terrible for games, but I kinda did call that iirc. When AC3 was announced, I said it was rushed, but no, the fanboys INSISTED that Ubi's claim that it had been in development for 3 years (when it was announced, 4 by the time of release) was entirely true. Face up to the facts, Ubi got greedy and lusted over profits rather than dedicating themselves to quality. Far Cry 3 should have sold ZERO copies because they still have yet to fix the broken POS that is Far Cry 2 with it's litany of glitches and dogshit Achievements. Furthermore, the hundreds of thousands, if not, millions of people who've had that atrocity visited upon their games history foreverafter and still strive to earn those unspeakably horrendous Achievements. We got no apology, no admission of releasing not even a glitchy product, but an entirely experimental one! We got no sufficient patches that fixed the core issues and we got completely stonewalled by those ignorant, self righteous pricks. So no, "Buy our new game Far Cry 3! =D"... Screw you Ubisoft, only morons, casuals (who now think of themselves as the "average gamer"), and sycophants would continue to buy Ubisoft's spewed out garbage. The last AC game for me was Assassin's Creed : Brotherhood and that was disappointing. Until they make amends, Ubi are dead to me. I only hope that they don't get their dirty paws on THQ, or we'll lose yet more great franchises. As for 2012, we've had Dragon's Dogma which was actually frickin' awesome, and we had Syndicate, which again, was suprisingly intense, well-designed and genuinely immersive. Never buy the biggest titles, they're always contaminated by corporate bullshit. |

Patches are all very well for those connected to the internet. Games developers are so lazy now it's unreal! |
