I've never played a MGS game, but Platinum makes pretty fun games. (Madworld, Bayonetta, Vanquish, and Anarchy Reigns!) :) They have my vouch. |

"Korekado also discussed the possibility of employing characters beyond Snake and Raiden for new games in the Metal Gear series." How about Red Dead Revolver Ocelot! |

| A game as Vamp during his time at Dead Cell would be rather interesting, especially considering Platinum's penchant for over-the-top action. |

| @ 3 LOL red dead revolver ocelot! There's so much potential for metal gear, an upto date remake of the original 2 metal gear games would be nice, but expanding they could focus on Meryl and Johnny in RAT patrol, Frank Jaegers time in foxhound before he defected.. would be interesting to see a different perspective. |

| NO! Fans wanted more Bayonetta and the ones who never played, aka Nintendo, got the sequel. So if there is to be a sequel for this crap, where would that wind up? hmmm... Ouya, iPad 10, Steambox, Origin, the next next Wii U U U? |

| @6: Blame Sega for not wanting to publish it, then, not Nintendo. Were it not for Nintendo, we wouldn't be getting it at all. It's rather different in this case. Konami wants to publish it and Platinum wants to develop it. There's no conflict there. |

| @6 I agree Bayonetta sequal would have been great, but Microsoft and Sony didn't pick it up, if it wouldn't have been for Nintendo signing it, Bayonetta 2 would have never seen the light of day. |

| The game isn't out yet, stop talking about a sequel and concentrate on the current game. :/ |

@9 - They're just saying how they would love to do it, they're not siittng down and planning it out as if they're actually making it already, sheesh it's crazy to think you'd put Platinum Games down like that. Besides, the game is out in like a month and a bit, it's probably nearly ready to be going gold. Metal Gear is a part of me, it's the game that made me a gamer, so when I say I'd rather this over Bayonetta, I hope you understand why, we all have that special game and for me, it is anything Metal Gear. |

@10, I know, it's just that I see so many things jump onto the next game without letting the dust land, let alone settle, if you get what i mean, before the game's even been played fully. Allot of the attitude with developers seems to be it out there, now next in line. I've never personly been a metal gear fan, something about the series has never hooked me when I've played it, I've never really known why, but that's just me, so I have no idea how this game seems compared to the rest of the series ect. |

| @12 - Yeah I know the feeling with some games man, couldn't help but get it with Dragon's Dogma, they were announcing a sequel before the DLC had even released lol |

| True enough, it would be awesome to have a fully pledged game to some of the enemies of snake from MGS games, but will we ever see something like that? I would pay for it for sure=) |

| Interesting. They seemed to have a little trouble getting along at first, but maybe thats because they are both such great creatively passionate and enthusiastic and opinionated studios with different visions of what the game should be. I'm glad they were able to put their stubborness aside and get it done and learn from one another. Glad they got it done. I would love to see further collaborations in the future or Konami picking up Platinum altogether in the future as it seems Segas just intent on slowly trying to kill their potential while shitting out more sonic games. |

| @17 - 100% correct. Sega basically wouldn't know a good game anymore if it hit them in the face ... |
