If you're one of the few people that have yet to delve into the Assassin's Creed universe, then Ubisoft has got just the thing for you. Today sees the announcement of the Assassin's Creed Anthology for UK retail, which bundles all of the games and their accompanying DLC into one huge box, complete with Assassin's Creed III's Season Pass.

There are even a few collectibles thrown in for good measure, including an exclusive steelbook collector's box and five exclusive lithographs. Here's a breakdown of all the game-related stuff you'll find in the anthology:

  • Assassin’s Creed
  • Assassin’s Creed II and DLC Sequence 12: Battle of Forlì and Sequence 13: Bonfire of the Vanities.
  • Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – The Da Vinci Edition, includes: Rhe Da Vinci Disappearance single player story mission; Trajan Market and the Aqueducts solo missions and a multiplayer Map and six characters and two new modes.
  • Assassin’s Creed: Revelations – The Ottoman Edition, includes: The Lost Archive, Vlad the Impaler’s Prison; new single-player features: three skins, capacity upgrades and the additional mission; multiplayer features with six maps and seven characters and customisation items.
  • Assassin’s Creed III and the Season Pass.

The Assassin's Creed Anthology will be available exclusively from Amazon.co.uk on November 30th for £119.99. That's tomorrow! Nice. Check out the trailer.

Sadly, the AC games have been going downhill after the 2nd game came out.

Aren't bundles supposed to save on price, I reckon I could get all of this for around £80 / £90 with current deals and such.

Either way, its a nice bundle for those yet to play any of the AC games, everyone thats only missing one or two, probably not worth it

But, you could probably get all of seperately (including DLC) for cheaper than this. So you're paying for a fancy box. Even if I didn't already own all buy AC3 I wouldn't buy this bundle.

Yeah, you could get this for much cheaper.
Not to mention, unless you're absolutely desperate for those achievements, you could save a lot of money just skipping the Revelations multiplayer packs. It could be a bi**h to get into games on that prior to AC3, I can only imagine how much harder it could get now...

Also, apologies for the double post, but;
'Vlad the Impaler’s Prison; new single-player features: three skins, capacity upgrades'
Wasn't that stuff included in The Lost Archive anyway? So basically Ubi are just tacking it on to try and make this seem a better deal that it actually is. :l

It's nice collector's item, but seeing as I own collector's edition of each game, I will gladly pass on this. Price seems steep as well just from the fact that there is not a lot of physical additions. Statuette of Altrair, Ezio, Connor and Desmond would have been awesome thing to throw in here=)

Mines already in the post, I'll get them tomorrow. Only got them as a Christmas gift after my collection was stolen, otherwise I'd of thought it was a waste unless you hadn't played any of them yet.

they have gone downhill since 1 but i thought 3 was the best in the series so far. the story was actually clear and enjoyable and there was just enough new battle mechanics to keep it fresh. i only hope the single player DLC is as entertaining as the main story.

Ridiculous price! i saw the new Mass Effect trilogy the other day for £39, yet for some reason Ubisoft thinks £120 is a reasonable price for this set?, not to mention that AC1 is practically unplayable due to it's repetitive gameplay. The starting price for this considering the season pass and AC3 should be around £70

Mass Effect has three games, this has 5 games, all the DLC and some collectable crap..also the AC3 season pass is usually 2400msp(20 quid) alone

while i don't know whether 120 notes is acceptable,i can't really say it's right to compare it to the Mass Effect trilogy boxset

'Officially' all the AC games are roughly 20 quid each, except AC3 which has just been released

You know, this actually wouldn't have been too bad if they had also included improved versions of Altaïr's Chronicles, Bloodlines, Discovery, and Liberation. As it is though most people who want the console games probably have them already, and the DLC for II and Brotherhood has been on offer a few times and no doubt will be again and Revelations and III will probably be on within the next year too, so not much point in this.

I compared it to the Mass Effect collection for a comparison of "value for money" - thats why i suggested the price should start at around £70 instead.

It's a shame because most of the games are excellent, but with the amazon exclusivity and the ridiculous price they're not exactly welcoming new people to the franchise

*before you yell at me i just know AC3 is about the rev war*

But do people in the UK really want to play AC 3 and fight for the US?

Isnt that like a redneck playing a game to free slaves..?

I've never understood this expectation that British people won't want to play AC3 because of the revolutionary setting.

1. It's an important part of history regardless of who's perspective you're looking at.
2. It's an entertainment product, not a shame simulator
3. AC3 handles the subject in a balanced way, it's certainly not a fully 'evil englishmen' plot, both sides are portrayed in a positive and negative light

What the hell?
You agree with a comment saying they've been going down-hill since AC2, yet think AC3 was the best in the series by far?
Are you broken? Seriously, try not to contradict yourself.

@28 should nationality matter in any sense when it comes to a game? :)
i would pick this up but for the fact i only have 3 to pick up yet seems a bit pointless. (as well as 100% on 1 and 2).

@32 It's not a contradiction though.

There were 2 games between AC2 and AC3. Enough for it to 'go downhill' and pick back up.

@28 I don't see how this is like that at all. You don't work exclusively for America. You fight on both sides.

While this is a cool box, I'd have expected them to wait a few months and release in the £60-80 market (as it is a 5 game set that seems fair enough with AC3 still being new-ish). £120 is a lot, and I think I could quite easily get all the above for less than they want for it.

Whether 1 is a troll or not I have to agree. What turned me away was the mp being added and it being shipped out yearly. Was rather disappointed to buy AC2 to only hear days after that, that they are working on another one already and it will include MP.
